This dealership is untrustworthy buyers beware! My car failed MD inspection I was informed after signing paperwork that the car key and fob was missing. I was instructed to bring the car back to fix repairs, however after reading all the bad reviews about how they will tell you to keep bringing your car back only to find out they aren't fixing the problems. I was told after my deal was completed that my car did not have a key fob and to return to pay for a key for a low price. This experience was a nightmare please save your money. I just paid 7 thousand dollars to fix repairs to pass MD inspection. The inspection sticker on the car sold to me is bogus. This place should be put out of business for misleading their customers. I experience a robbery and a overall headache I purchased my vehicle 2 weeks ago and my vehicle has been off the road getting repaired so that it can pass inspection. BEWARE TRUST THE REVIEWS I DIDNT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS NOW I AM PAYING THE PRICE LITERALLY! THIS DEALERSHIP IS A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY SHOP ELSEWHERE.

I love this dealership! Mickey is the best sale agent my husband and I have dealt with. He kept the sale fun and memorable for sure. I bought a ford F150 from this place that I love…. All downhill from there! The engine light came on. I was told it was due to the exhaust having a leak. They had it for a week and 2 days after picking it up the light came on again. I brought it back up there again and they had it for 10 days because they said the new exhaust parts were in Virginia Beach. I then find out that they drove my truck to Virginia Beach to pick up the parts. The truck also jumps/slips when going from 3rd the 4th gear and I was told that a sensor was replaced to fix that problem. When I went to pick up the truck after 10 days I was handed the keys and sent on my way with no paperwork to show what was done to the truck. The very next day the truck is still jump/slipping and I can’t get anyone to return a call to answer to any of this. I’ve left messages for Bryan, John, and Chad and nobody returns a phone call. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership after reading this you have yourself yo blame for the problems you go through

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP . They are the biggest scammers with their hidden /non disclosed fees . Vehicle advertised online for sale $34,500. After speaking with Eric approximately 2 weeks ago about their 2015 S-class Mercedes Benz , he said that the price of the vehicle was $34,500 . Additional fees included sales tax , registration fee. , and a processing fee of $499 . Almost two weeks later 09/11/2023 speaking to Eric , I’m now being informed that the out the door price has now jumped to $43,394 . Because they made no disclosure in their statements on their website about a $2995. certification fee which gives you a 3 month/ 3000 mile warranty . I made Eric aware that I can purchase an extended warranty for 1-2 years on my own for the same price . Taxes and registration fees have to paid by anyone purchasing any vehicle anywhere. But it doesn’t stop there with this dealer… so the advertised price is $34,500. But the price is really $37961 . So with all the hidden fees that they charge brings the out the door price to $43,394. This is an increase in their advertised price by an amount of $8,894. When confronted with his own words and the responses to questions I had asked Eric , all he could say was ,” Yeah I’m Sorry .” Shoppers beware of this dealer and their false advertising of vehicle prices . If you feel like being taken for a ride and love being scammed by false advertising, please feel free to visit this dealer , Auto Showcase of Bel Air , and make sure you ask for Eric .
