Came to me driving their car, left their car with me and took my car to be serviced, back with my car all taken care of and even washed! The first visit was a waste of time.
The first visit was a waste of time. We left after the first “deal” was offered. After we walked, there were better offers for the vehicle of choice. We agreed on the offer and went in to sign the following morning. But, there was still issues as the final offer was a slightly higher interest rate than originally given. Irritating aspect of buying a car from this dealership, but ultimately was not a deal-breaker.

They told me my service wasn’t due for a couple of months
They told me my service wasn’t due for a couple of months so I scheduled my wiper repair at the same time. I was told that my service was a couple of month’s out again. Being a medical traveler makes it difficult to get to Phoenix so I was pretty mad. I also explained a few problems were intermittent but the guy claims if they don’t see it then they won’t check it. No other dealership has ever said that. I will never buy another car from your dealership again.

Finance manager tried to hide rebates from us and apply
Finance manager tried to hide rebates from us and apply it to optional warranties that we didn't want. When we called him out on it, he attempted to hide the rebates from us completely. When we further confronted him with sales manager he became physically aggressive and we left.
