Bad service
I came in for oil change waited 20 minutes while service writer talked to someone on the phone about their home computer finally left came to Jiffy Lube won't go back again

5-Star Service .
Although I did not buy my 2013 Ellantra GT from Larry Miller Hyundai.. they have always treated me as a valued customer. my service advisor takes the tame to explain the process and what work is being performed. . I really like how through my Blue link I can scheduled my service appointments . also Larry Millers service website is easy to navigate. I get a confirmation email and reminder. another thing I really like is the fact that I know the cost going in., no surprises . The general service manger is a hands on type of guy . he is always available to help or answer questions., The dealership is beautiful . especially the service and parts departments. they are immaculately clean and well stocked.. If warranty work needs to be performed its done with a smile. of course everyone knows Hyundai has the best warranty in the market . In summery Great service , Best Warranty, Great car, Is a win ,win ,win . Larry Miller Hyundai of Peoria Az , Has a 5-Star Service and Parts departments .

Service Visit
As Always Larry Miller Hyundai provided excellent service. My representative John is always helpful in answering questions. He noted the recent seat belt recall for the front passenger seat. He mentioned it before I could, very commendable.

Oil Change
Even tho I had an appointment, another customer was attended to prior to me. When I asked why I was told that my service rep was not in that day so I had to wait for another one. However, the process was quick. Maybe should look at how that process?
