Everyone I had to interact with was great and it was really a stress free experience. From the initial contact via email, to the salesperson Isaac, down to the finance manager, they all made me feel like they genuinely wanted to get me the best deal they could. I told them the car I was interested in and what I could swing payment wise and Isaac made it happen. Everyone worked as a team to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. I was looking for a smaller SUV to replace my old Expedition. After test driving 2 vehicles I told Stephan I wanted to drive a Ford Escape. They only had one and it didn't meet my criteria. Stephan found me what I wanted at one of the other Autolenders locations and 2 days later I was driving home in my 2012 Ford Escape.
