I was very satisfied with the service provided. My service advisor, Greg is always great to work with. I always appreciate working with Greg. He is very professional, respectful and his customer service skills are unmatched because he genuinely cares about the customer.

Monica was great with communication.

Monica was great with communication. The problem was resolved that I brought it in for. I had my car detailed and the back seat covers on the back of third row seats were not properly reattached and Velcro had been ripped off so I can’t even fix it. It was not like that when I dropped it off. I am so surprised car wasn’t checked before being returned to me.

Lack of communication, my car was picked up Thursday, got

Lack of communication, my car was picked up Thursday, got a call from the service manager that day to go over what was needed. Did not hear back until Monday evening after I had to leave a voicemail to get an update on my vehicle. I was not notified that there was a problem with my transmission and an oil leak that was fixed until my second call. That fellow that answered was also not very kind when he told me “ don’t shoot the messenger, im just telling you what you wanted to know” didn’t catch a name but he just had shoulder surgery.
