Ritchey Audi Volkswagen

This is an update on my experience with Ritchey. The check engine light came on the same night that I purchased the vehicle. Its been almost 2 months and I've paid a note and insurance on a truck that I do not have. They've made me several promises that the truck would be ready on certain days and it never was. Week after WEEK of lies! I was told that the service manager that I was dealing with was fired and that the mechanic suddenly had to have emergency surgery so my truck wasn't being worked on. My calls were never returned. The receptionist told me that if I wanted to speak with someone I needed to come in person because the service people were all too busy to take my call. After showing up in person several times a week someone eventually said that they could swap out the vehicle and put me in something else. I asked that the contract be canceled but they have refused to do so. Every week I'm being told that new trucks will arrive and that I could pick one out. I've told them exactly what I wanted. Every time that I show up on the days that they tell me to come, there are never any vehicles. At least not any that they are willing to give me. THEY DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY MONEY! I was put in a loaner and one of the employees told me, "at least you have transportation to get around so there's no reason to be upset." I would never pay money for something that I do not want!! I've been jerked around by this dealer and I would never recommend them! This has been the worst car buying experience EVER! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Caroline Snow is a true asset to VW of Jackson! I’m a repeat customer and just purchased my second auto from Caroline. She is a true professional that you can trust when buying a car or truck. I highly recommend her and will be back for my third vehicle I can assure you.

Deal done in exceptional manner. But extra key promised at closing that hey did not have at closing is now not being provided as promised. Not people of their word. Would not use them again nor recommend them. The sales manager was Very rude to my spouse when we called back to get the key/fOB.

Danielle Weakley helped me tremendously with getting set up in my car. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Very friendly environment. I recommend Ritchey auto to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. Ask for Danielle .....she gets the job done and fast.

Caroline Snow she is the best!! She stayed with me past her hours plus she made sure I had everything I needed!! Once you talk to her she will warm your heart!! I am the proud owner of a 2018 Tiguan and she made me feel like no other car was even on the earth but she is the best I’ll give u a 5 star everyday if I could !!

Ads misrepresented the car as being one owner/local trade in. It was not. Their web site encouraged you to select a button to get a lower price, but it was a ruse to get your email address and name. This is a poorly run business.

Extremely professional staff! We dealt with Lawrence Porter through our entire selection process. He was a superb salesman with an infectious smile. They need salesman that actually know their inventory instead of telling someone they have something then driving hour and a half to look at it to find out they sent it to auction

Visited scores of dealerships and stores in my life but none as courteous, professional and helpful as this. ALL employees were as described but especially Caroline Snow and Haywood Moses. I would fight to have people of this caliber on my team! What a thoroughly enjoyable experience! I might add that there are FIVE Volkswagens in my immediate family and we are pleased with all of them. I might add I did not buy my vehicle from this dealership but it made no matter.
