Terrible experience
BE CAUTIOUS! THEY SALE LEMONS!! We've had our Infiniti QX 80 for right at 6 months and it has already broke down and we have to pay for maintenance and continue to make payments! Then when I called they say due to it already had 120 miles you never know what could go on!. I'm like, why say this now since we've purchased and not before hand(Scheming Salesmanship)!!! But why even put vehicles on the lot that you know this could happen! Wants too much for down payment and the vehicle after financing!! People works to hard to just give away money and put them in a bigger whole than where they started. So not pleased nor satisfied and wouldn't recommend to ANYONE!!.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, We understand that having car trouble is never good for anyone, however, there are two sides to every story. From our perspective we always make sure that we inspect every pre owned car that we sell to the public. Another reality is that cars are still machines and if not properly maintained they can break down, especially when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle with 120,000 Miles on it. With that being said All pre owned vehicles we sell are AS-IS with no additional warranty, unless there is any factory warranty remaining on the vehicle, or you purchase a extended warranty in our finance office. Also after you leave our lot and the deal is done you are personally responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle from that point forward. Owning the vehicle for a period of 6 months anything can happen. In regards to your comment about high down payments. Down payments are dependent on the customer's credit score, and those requirements are set by our lenders, not us as dealers.

2011 Jetta Sportwagen TDI
After they demanded a $3200.00 deposit from me they kept my car for 6 months (August 2019 to Jan 2020) they would not return phone calls and would not complete promises by email. When I trucked my car home the missing body parts and dents they blamed on the truck driver.

Please Go Somewhere Else!
This is an update on my experience with Ritchey. The check engine light came on the same night that I purchased the vehicle. Its been almost 2 months and I've paid a note and insurance on a truck that I do not have. They've made me several promises that the truck would be ready on certain days and it never was. Week after WEEK of lies! I was told that the service manager that I was dealing with was fired and that the mechanic suddenly had to have emergency surgery so my truck wasn't being worked on. My calls were never returned. The receptionist told me that if I wanted to speak with someone I needed to come in person because the service people were all too busy to take my call. After showing up in person several times a week someone eventually said that they could swap out the vehicle and put me in something else. I asked that the contract be canceled but they have refused to do so. Every week I'm being told that new trucks will arrive and that I could pick one out. I've told them exactly what I wanted. Every time that I show up on the days that they tell me to come, there are never any vehicles. At least not any that they are willing to give me. THEY DONT WANT TO LOSE ANY MONEY! I was put in a loaner and one of the employees told me, "at least you have transportation to get around so there's no reason to be upset." I would never pay money for something that I do not want!! I've been jerked around by this dealer and I would never recommend them! This has been the worst car buying experience EVER! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Nope. Would not recommend.
Deal done in exceptional manner. But extra key promised at closing that hey did not have at closing is now not being provided as promised. Not people of their word. Would not use them again nor recommend them. The sales manager was Very rude to my spouse when we called back to get the key/fOB.

Best salesman ever
Caroline Snow she is the best!! She stayed with me past her hours plus she made sure I had everything I needed!! Once you talk to her she will warm your heart!! I am the proud owner of a 2018 Tiguan and she made me feel like no other car was even on the earth but she is the best I’ll give u a 5 star everyday if I could !!
