Service was timing & sufficient.

Service was timing & sufficient. They went out of their way in every way to help. Even cut a price to make the deal more fitting. I highly recommend them. And has a few Co-Workers after seeing my “2010 Lexus Rx350” and hearing about my experience (ready to go get a Car from there as well)…. I have no Regrets!

I purchased a car out of state, sight unseen and dealt

I purchased a car out of state, sight unseen and dealt with Tim. The process was very easy, Tim arranged freight from memphis to kansas city for $450 and the truck was delivered within one day of payment. Very pleased with the service, communication, and execution of the purchase!

Initially I wasn’t even looking for a vehicle.

Initially I wasn’t even looking for a vehicle. I happened to be on Facebook, and one of their vehicles caught my eye. The price was great, so as the price decreased, I decided to go and take a test drive. What a great looking car for the price. I had a great salesman; the broker was accommodating. But the General Manager is the reason that I will always consider purchasing my vehicles from Mt. Moriah. Within the past 5-6 weeks, he has resolved every issue that has come up with my vehicle! And he told me that if anything else comes up, just come straight to him. Kudos to Mt. Moriah!

Bad car dealership

My name is Shakeena Brown of memphis Tennessee. I purchase a 2017 Audi q3 on 10/28/2023 from this dealership with Lonnie Webb(Auto broker) to be without a vehicle on Nov 9,2023 because the vehicle stated on the dashboard turn off engine only after 2 days of having this vehicle with no more than 200 miles driven. Since this point, I have been renting a car from Enterprise at a rate of $379 a week . I contacted the dealer multiple times along with going down there, I was never offerred a loaner vehicle and only given a check for $ 200 on 11/17/2023 that I have not yet cashed this check. I was finally told my vehicle that I just received needs a new motor hoping to have it installed by Friday 12/1/2023, but in the meantime I'm suppose to pay full coverage insurance, full car payment and for a rental on a car that was out of my possession within 2 weeks. The Auto broker Lonnie Webb who everyone told me is the one to make the decisons have refused to return my calls or make an effort for reasonable accomodation.Lets view the facts car payment is $511.04 , car insurance $220 which totals around $732, but instead I'm paying $732 plus additional $379 a week as well for a rental and dealership can not give me a loaner car to avoid the rental. This dealership is money hungry scammers that just take your money and throw you to the wolves. Be careful consumers before purchasing a vehicle from them.Anyone want to validate this information can reach out to me as I have all documents, screenshots and proof on the service that I received.
