Searching the net to find the exact car I was looking for and it turned out Deluxe Auto had one. I was unable to make the trip to see it due to schedule and distance. Suselle made the difference. She gave me the confidence to put my trust in her. She took all the pictures and videos (with commentary) of the car I needed and answered all my questions. Then had the car shipped to me. She is knowledgeable and competent. When I purchase my next car, this will be the first place I look.

This sales floor was great and the cars were indoors. From the moment I walked on the lot I received white glove service. Kevin Goines was not your typical salesman, he was courteous, forte write and attentive to our needs. Even the owner came out to say hello and assist me. Financing was as easy as 1-2-3 with Artie at the wheel. I will be back to upgrade again soon.

I purchased my vehicle remotely and dealt with Sue over the phone and via email. She was very easy to talk to and great to deal with. They even shipped the vehicle to me in the Midwest since my busy schedule wouldn't allow for me to come pick it up. I'm very pleased with the car and knew what to expect based on my dialogue with the dealership and because the pictures and vehicle description were so great! They provided me the vehicle inspection report and have guarantees which eased any worries associated with buying a vehicle.
