Honestly, I don't know how people can give this place a good review. They have a 2016 Audi A7 listed for sale at $20,800. Inquired about the additional charges for "platinum" certification or whatever they call it. They put a tracker on your car and ceramic coating. Added $2,800 to the price of the car, + $750 doc fees. Total = $24,350. They said come in and discuss. I said, I dont give my business to people that list a car for $20K when it really should be listed at $24K. How others put up with this is beyond me.

Flew in from New Orleans to New Jersey for a specific car my husband wanted to purchase. From the moment we arrived, our sales person Mike Lao was awesome., He's was clear and direct, he listened to our concerns and needs and made us feel like valuable customers. A dream I’ve had for years and years and years came true, thanks to the team here. From the early stage of communication, I was able to (rather efficiently) view a darlingggg beaut of a vehicle (😬😙🤩) by FaceTime instead of having to drive my trade-in 50+ miles away. Asked Jabir to pretty-please check the sound system for me (the entire whole reason for wanting this one in the first place 🎼). He tested it for me on video—and we both acknowledged the impossibility of *feeling* the B&O 19-pt sound system (🥵)—but I trusted his assessment that it hit. 🤟🏼 He mentioned that the bass tends to blow out in other cars but this one? No… not this one. 🫶🏼 Fast forward a few hours to settle paperwork, and then a few days, and I am standing in the drive, staring at a dream roll off a flatbed…just…in…God’s Time. 🙏🏽🤩 What else can I say?
