I had found a ford ranger here and the idea of a lifetime warrenty sounded really good to me. Although I am sure there are MANY catches to that too. I had a truck to trade in, didnt have it with me that day. The salesman I spoke with was helpful, but all I wanted to know was what a payment would be. He HAD to see the my truck. I just wanted a best case/worst case scenario. I was able to do this at 3 other dea;erships. He kept going back and forth to the sales manager..I think. Just wanted some numbers, a price range. Didnt ask for anything definate. I understand they needed to see my truck for an actual trade in value. Couldnt get it. Gave up.

My wife and I purchased our first new car since 1989. We have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past and we had been reluctant to go through what could be another ordeal. However, we were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied by our experience at VanDevere Chevrolet, and particularly with our sales contact Trisha Lindsey. There was no high pressure, no scare tactics, and we ended up with an excellent vehicle at a good price. They gave us a fair price on our trade-in vehicle also. Trisha was supremely helpful and pleasant. She knew her product and answered all of our questions. We have been driving our new 2012 Equinox for a week now, and we are as happy today as we were when we drove off the lot. No buyer's regret. We won't wait another 23 years for our next new vehicle. When the time comes to replace my wife's car we will return to VanDevere Chevrolet and Trisha Lindsey.

We drove 110 miles to make our purchase. Very friendly and courteous. We would buy again. Mr. Obendorf provided us with accurate information which was presented to us during our transaction when we arrived. No hassle purchase, good dealer.

I came in to find a used truck after much searching in a multitude of avenues available. The first trip to Vandevere was wonderful. Upon our return to pick up the truck everything ran very efficently. They even catered to my son and kept him happy with treats and balloons. I will definately be back to get our next vehicle. Marcus is very helpful and incredibly polite. He knew more then just the sales aspect, he was familiar with credit issues, mechanics on the truck, and is really just a nice guy to work with. How many times do you get a salesman you can actually talk to instead of being talked at! Marcus is an asset to the vandevere team and i wish him continued success and happiness. My husband and I went to VanDevere to look for a new vehicle.
