Unfortunately I have to give this place a 1 star. We flew in to pick up a E43 AMG with under 7K miles that we reserved. However, after test driving and looking at it with their mechanic, it had major issues with it. Such as rust, major scrapped rim, and mechanic said the rotors needed to be fully replaced. Long story short they offered only $1K off and I would have to due my own repairs! I agreed to take that liability if they will mail me the brake rotors like they proposed initially. But they would not due that. Also car has a major vibration while braking The car had a few more issues so I had to walk away but that’s sad that they treat their customers without any understanding or consideration😞. After all we flew in to buy it after the sales rep said the car is in Mint and NEW condition! Be very careful with this place.

It was a fantastic experience and my salesperson, Brandon Horner, is superb. He is very attentive to one's wishes in car buying. He makes you feel secure while doing the purchase as well as assuring you he will always be available should you need to ask a question or having something done. Excellent experience all the way around. I have been a loyal Volvo customer and will continue to be. The Isringhausen staff treats a person very well. Hooray for Brandon Horner!!!
