I had a disappointing experience at Friendly Honda in Springfield, IL. After a fuel injection recall repair, my dashboard lights started blinking uncontrollably just a few miles away from the dealership. When I returned, multiple techs dismissed my concerns, insisting the issue wasn't their fault. One even sarcastically asked, "Oh, are you a mechanic?" when I pointed out that the problem arose only after the repair. Instead of taking accountability, they claimed I would be responsible for fixing it. Their lack of professionalism and refusal to acknowledge their mistake were unacceptable. I will not return to this dealership.

Don't Buy Here!!!
I purchased a used vehicle (2012 Ford Fusion) a very beautiful car but the brakes went out 30 days after purchasing... We are talking about the whole braking system no brakes at all... I attempted to fix the brakes but they couldn't fix the problem... Honda told me 1700.00 to fix brakes I can't afford that much I need a new car already These folks would not accommodate me at all I was just told I should have taken it to Ford I put 2000 down a easy payment 240.00 monthly just perfect for my budget... They have the car it's out of service been that way for 3 months now.... So sorry I bought a use car from these people To be honest I don't think they want Nubian people to shop there. Racist azz car lot.

Clean waiting room and respectful of social distancing although spotty use of masks among employees. Superior mechanical inspection and respectful of my concerns. Will return but don’t appreciate requiring a review headline.
