They refused to answer my questions.

They refused to answer my questions. They said they would get back to me about a vehicle but they never did. Instead, they had multiple people reach out to me to talk about buying totally different vehicles. It seems like their cars.com listing was just false advertising.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

Well, there no communication until they called me and

Well, there no communication until they called me and told me that they had damaged my bumper and they have ordered the new one, but it in until next week. Now, I have to take my time to take it back for them to repair the damaged parts. I called around 11:30 am and didn't hear back until 3 pm.

Came in for a recall and an oil change.

Came in for a recall and an oil change. They were prompt, courteous, and even knew that there was a new recall that we weren’t aware of, and told us they would make sure that got done as well.
