Top level service as usual

Josh was very informative and accommodating to my schedule to test drive and then purchase a 599 GTB. This is my second Ferrari from FOT (458 Speciale being first) and the service has been excellent. Raising The Bar

Finding a trustworthy auto dealership can be a daunting task, especially when it comes to exotic vehicles. I have found that there are three factors more important than any other when doing business; Service, Customer Relations, and Trust. My dealings with Sydney and Matt at Ferrari of Tampa Bay exemplify the aforementioned qualities in a way that is far superior to any experience I could have imagined from a Ferrari dealership. Ferrari of Tampa Bay is by no means the closest authorized service provider to my home yet I am happy to travel the extra distance because of the impression Matt left. After speaking with Sydney in regards to merchandise, her passion for the brand was clearly profound and directly correlates to the way in which she interacts with the customer. The trust and level of comfort I experienced from these two incredible employees are what has led me to become a client at Ferrari of Tampa Bay. Enzo would be proud…

fantastic "Car Club" atmosphere to the dealership

I have purchased numerous cars from Ferrari of Tampa, as well as have had them all serviced there. It has been an excellent experience throughout. I am always treated as a "friend" to the dealership. My friends and I routinely drive up and spend time at the dealership...they make it feel like a "Car Club" atmosphere, very welcoming. I feel I am dealt with openly and fairly when purchasing cars and with service as well. I feel like a "client" rather than a "sale." They also arrange for other Ferrari events and dinners which keeps the enthusiasm for the brand alive. Very much enjoying my experience with Ferrari of Tampa; they do the Ferrari brand credit.

Amazing service! A++++++

I didn't use sales for cars but I worked with Sydney Richman with replacing the Umbrella we purchased there. She was extremely patient and kind and very prompt with her responses. I will always recommend FTB!! For everything! Thank you so much especially Sydney!

You Get The Service Expected From Ferrari.....

... and then some. Ferrari of Tampa Bay does a fantastic job at the front end with new and used car purchases, and follows it up with exceptional service. I have purchased two cars from the dealership (one new, one used). Their focus is on making the customer service the best that there is and their attention to detail in all phases of their operation (e.g., when transporting your car) are second to none. Highly recommended.
