Michael Gertz was very helpful throughout the process. He explained in details various features of the vehicle and answered all my questions very thoroughly. Everybody at the dealership was very courteous and helpful making the whe process very enjoyable.

7am appt for a state inspection only to by told the techs start work at 8am? Waited an hour for vehicle for an inspection that took literally 8 mins Does that sound accomodating?

Nice dealership however my wait time was unbelievable I was there a whole day. The car is in good condition. The financial advisor was excellent explaining everything in detail

Extremely disappointed with the ending of my experience....

Extremely disappointed with the ending of my experience. It comes to conclusion that Asim Zia only concerned and only cared about the end result Survey and feedback. I allowed Asim to conduct the survey himself due to believing his promises and guidance. It’s upsetting when you try to trust an individual and once they’ve gotten the desired results, they begin to treat you unfairly. Asim appointed me to “Kings Nissan auto body shop” A brand new Nissan Rogue 2021 and they failed to meet the standards. When I consulted Asim about my concerns, believing that his Affiliated Kings Nissan auto body shop would adhere to the highest level of customer service as promised, he responses and choice of words left me feeling insulted. As a customer who is investing 40K + on a new vehicle, it’s uneasy to receive a response from a sales associate who claims he is doing me a “Favor” ( Text messages / screenshots available ). Once I requested for further information, Asim has yet to respond and is now rejecting phone calls. Asim stated that his job was done, he made the sale and that the remaining issues are on my end. It’s hard to accept such behavior due to the fact I was promised by Asim that a certain Repair/add on would be met yet now it seems different. Due to Asim and Alex Trantino, this entire experience has left me mentally drained and overwhelmed. I have contacted Nissan consumer affairs and they are now conducting an investigation to assure me that I would receive what is owed to me. I advise anyone who is looking into Nissan to skip Kings Nissan and choose another dealer. If Nissan can’t meet the minimum demand of customer service and aren’t able to bring back my vehicle to its original Repairs, unfortunately I will begin the process of returning the vehicle and Purchasing a new Honda CRV. Please ladies and gentlemen be extremely mindful before choosing Kings Nissan. It seems that they care more about falsified surveys rather than the customers satisfaction.

Still awaiting for system & screen / updated integration correction. Promised by Chris R ( Service Manager ) over a month ago that this issue and other issues would be fixed - no word yet or call back.

Terry Matarese is an absolute treasure! Always returned my calls and gave me her full attention. I felt more comfortable with her than I ever had at any dealership in the past. She was highly recommended by friends and now I myself highly recommened her to others! If you call, ask for Terry!

Bruce and Chris were both really amazing. Tried so hard...

Bruce and Chris were both really amazing. Tried so hard to please me. Was very upset initially that a fan would take over 6 weeks to come in but at the end it came in ahead of schedule. Still not sure why a new car had this issue but these guys were awesome.
