My experience at the dealership was great from the moment we arrived. Ariana Soares was waiting for us outside and from that moment she took the time to answered all our questions in a professional demeanor and very genuine. I could tell she wanted me to leave happy finding the best option for me and I did. Very happy with my Tiguan 2024 SEL! The key is to ask until you feel comfortable with the transaction and the best offer! I went back to pick up an item I bought and she saw me and didn’t hesitate to make me feel like a VIP and even waited with me for my item. The guys at the shop side were very friendly too.

Lied and tried to cover it up by saying I simply didn't understand what the various fees are, unfortunately for them I'm capable of reading the fine print that says exactly what the various fees are.
