Came in for complex diagnostic issues. The service and cashier were both very accommodating and helpful. Its a pleasant, clean waiting environment. We appreciated the complimentary vehicle check as well.

I buy a new car once every 12 years or so, and so far, I haven't purchased from the same dealership twice. I buy the vehicle I want when the old one wears out. Every purchase I've ever made goes great until I get into the finance office, where they push products on you and bring in additional "support" to shame you into buying add-ons. But not at IKE. Not only did Clay do an outstanding job communicating with us throughout the sale, but he also never pressured us to come in until we were ready. I prefer communicating primarily through text, and they respected that and got back to me quickly with all of my questions. Roger tracked down a beautiful 2026 Honda Pilot Elite for us! I am sold on IKE and Honda for sure. Even Tim in the finance office was excellent. Of course, he offered additional services and warranties, but after the pitch, we told him it didn't work in our situation, and that was the end of it. No pressure. Just a handshake, and we got the paperwork done. I can't recommend this dealership enough. I'm sure there are others that are low-pressure, but I've never come across them at any of the Ford, Toyota, or other dealerships. Super happy customer! Thank you, IKE!

To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my vehicle purchase and the unacceptable handling of repairs by your dealership. I purchased a vehicle from your dealership for approximately $20,000. Within three months of ownership, the transmission failed. Your dealership initially refused to address the issue until I made a public complaint, at which point the vehicle was finally taken in for repair. My vehicle remained in your possession for over two months. When it was returned to me, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Damage now present includes cigarette burn holes inside the vehicle (I do not smoke cigarettes), exposed framing underneath the vehicle, and underbody panels that were not properly reinstalled or secured. These issues were not present prior to your dealership taking possession of the car. Due to the damage caused while the vehicle was in your care, I no longer trust your dealership to perform any additional repairs. Allowing further work by the same party that caused this damage is not an acceptable solution. Sincerely, Ashleigh Sprague

Clay did an excellent job. We tried out several vehicles . After purchasing one he took the time to explain how everything worked on the vehicle. Service department did a great job getting the vehicle ready. Thank you all for a great experience.

Recently bought a car from Ike Honda and worked with Nona Cobb, Charles Clark, and Jason Eigenrauch. The experience was pretty easy and straightforward—no gimmicks, everything was upfront, and they made the process painless. I bought the vehicle remotely without even stepping into the dealership. I can honestly say it would be worth driving to buy a vehicle from this dealership.
