Not only does this dealership have a great selection of cars to choose from, but the staff is wonderful. Our salesperson, Jesse, was terrific! There was no pressure, yet he was there to answer any questions we might have. We went in for a car for my husband and ended but buying one for me too. We had our 6 year old with us and, as with any vehicle purchase, it took a long while. The finance staff brought out snacks and a puzzle for her to complete while she waited. Needless to say, my husband and I were very impressed.

This is my second purchase from this dealership and I doubt I'll ever go elsewhere! They were thorough , efficient and my salesperson was stupendous! Sam bent over backwards to ensure I was comfortable and got exactly what I wanted. There were so many extras they did that I hate to mention so they don't feel obligated !

Sold vehicle with open airbag recall (airbag may cause serious bodily harm or even death). Misrepresented remaining warranty to get us to buy a $3,500.00 warranty. Carfax shows 2 months remaining warranty as of 12/16/16. 6 weeks after purchasing 30K vehicle, it needs a 4K part. Carfax reported vehicle was inspected by the dealer 1 day after we bought it. We did not bring the vehicle back a day after purchase. Brought the vehicle back to dealer and hopefully they will "make it right"!?!?

I had the absolute best experience purchasing my first vehicle with Rick. I was nervous because I had driven the same vehicle since I was 16 (29 now) which was a gift from my Grandparents (I was loved). I told him what my budget was and he did a great job keeping me within my means. He made sure the car felt right to me and that I was going home happy. The whole crew was awesome! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. We worked with Rick, Wes and Matt, and they were wonderful. I went in that morning with my husband with what I wanted exactly on my mind. I told them the time frame I had to work in (since I had to be at work later), and that I already had my financing. There was no high pressure tactics to fill out a credit application to send to a gob of banks. Rick knew what he was doing, and had everyone working to get us out of there. This was my 2nd new VW purchase (first one was in another state) and I will always return to this VW as long as I live here.
