From the time we arrived until they finally put the

From the time we arrived until they finally put the plates on took them over 4 hours. The salesman was so slow and said they were busy but we observed a dozen people standing around doing nothing. Then, when we got down the road we realized there was only one Fob. Called them and they said there was only one and that we'd have to pay $400 - $600 for a second one. We've been buying cars now for over 50 years and never received only one set of keys. He said there was a picture of only one Fob on the website but it didn't say there was only one and the Salesman never told us there was only one. We were so excited with the car that we didn't check the glovebox for a second one until we reached home. Our fault for not asking about the other Fob and for not checking the poor dealer reviews. Guess the reviews were right. The don't give a xxxx about after sales service. Try to find a deal elsewhere.

First class, all the way. Grateful that the dealership gave me first dibs on the vehicle as I was the first one to contact them requesting a test-drive.

Can't give them, "0" stars, or I would.

Can't give them, "0" stars, or I would. Zero integrity zero honesty. This is in regards to the service department, and the parts department. The Parts Manager actually, I believe his name is Jeff, started talking to.me and he had absolutely no reason to, and he pissed me off. Service Dept= complete misrepresentation of their original estimate. Not to mention that they charge an arm and a leg for an oil change, and they don't top off the windshield washer fluid? In 2017 I was very please with the sale department whin I bought my new vehicle from them. The service department is a complete joke though.

I used the online app to schedule an appointment for the

I used the online app to schedule an appointment for the following: purchase and installation of a set of new tires, diagnose the ABS light, estimate to repair loud exhaust, and an estimate to repair running board that was partially detatched due to rust. The only thing the service center tech was able to do was hook up the diagnostic computer to determine the ABS light was from a sensor by the rear tire. A tech removed the running board without having the intention of repairing it. The requested set of new tires were not ordered nor installed; nor did the service center bother to write up an estimate to repair the exhaust. I was told to take my vehicle elsewhere for service and was advised it should be towed off of their lot due to rust on the frame and undercarriage. I find this interesting as the vehicle was safe with their multipoint inspections the last four or five times I have had it there for servicing over the past five years.

I saw the 2009 Outback on their web page, called and was

I saw the 2009 Outback on their web page, called and was told it couldn’t be sold. I called the week after, told them I was interested. I gave them credit info, they said I was okay. I waited three weeks for the car, had to install exhaust system. I called for appt, and went to Wausau to look at car, it was unavailable. I was told it went through a safety inspection. I asked that the lights to be cleaned, they weren’t. We signed papers, went to and put gas in it, off we went. By 2pm, there were 3 warning lights that came on. Jon, the salesman came down and picked up car, brought it back that afternoon late, was told everything was fixed. The next day the warning lights came on, and found out I only had one low beam working. This car was not ready to be put up for sale, there are safety issues. Car runs fine, but I’m going to have to install head light bulbs and cleans lenses. I am not happy with Jon, the sales man, and definitely not happy with service department.
