Truck purchase

Bought a 2007 F150 from Jenny Maerz. She was very helpful and professional. All of the others we also dealt with did a nice job. I am fairly happy with the price I paid and ocverall I would say I had a very enjoyable buying experience. I would recommend HJenny and the gang at Kocourek to anyone!!

Starter Repair

Had my truck less than 3 miles away in a parking lot and wouldn't start. They got it towed in quickly and looked at. Starter was bad and so was a connection on the cable that connects to the starter. They could get the starter but not the cable till the next day. When called with news I asked if there was a way to just put a new end on cable as I was over a hour and a half from home, they said there wasn't. So had to get a rental car to get home and back the next day. Took cable to a local shop and they said they put new ends on those cables frequently as they are expensive. So ended up paying around $150 more than what was needed for parts and a rental car and $101.25 to get towed in 3 miles which I think is a little high priced for a tow. Repair work was done well.

Once we found the vehicle of choice purchase went quickly.

We found a vehicle that appealed to us and Chris Johnston quickly was out the door to help us with any questions and in no time at all we were going for a test drive. Even though we arrived at the dealership late in the day the quality of service was very good everyone we needed information from stayed until we were served.

Great Customer Service!

Justin was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and needed in a car and found the best match for me. He also answered any and ALL questions that I had, even if he thought they were silly. I left with a new-to-me car and am very happy with my decision. I would go back to Justin for another car purchase in the future.

worth the long drive

Saw an internet ad for a 2012 Fusion and called Shawn. The ad had all the info on the car but I had questions about the buying process since I live in a different state...but Shawn had all the paperwork ready for me the next day when I drove the 260 miles to pick up my slightly used car. Great buy...great customer service by all at Kocourek Ford

Best Car Yet.

Thanks to Patrick Kreft for helping us get into a nice Ford Escape. He listened to our needs and desires and showed us a great fit right off the bat. This is by far the nicest car we have ever owned, Patrick was patient with our questions and even learned how to program the Bluetooth so he could show us! Thanks again!

Our experience at Kocourek was excellent. Our sales rep, Doug Espeland, answered every question with the knowledge that you would expect, along with providing additional information which made it easy to make a decision. Happy to report that we felt very comfortable purchasing a vehicle that we know will fulfill our needs for years to come.
