My husband bought my Toyota Rav4 3 weeks ago, and I so love it! It's also works great in the snow. Even it's already used car it still look like a brand new one, in a reasonable price. =) It's really a good decision that we went to Marion Toyota. Best place to purchase a car of your dreams. Easy process for payment and their people are so friendly and approachable, specially our agent Mr. Jerry Rambeau who help us through whole process. He is really a nice guy, he explain a lot about the car and less hassle on purchasing process. So I can recommend Marion Toyota for everyone who wants to buy car.

I had just got stuck in the snow for the last time, so I went looking for a car. I had only owned Fords and Chevys. On a whim, I went to Toyota. A salesman named Jon Smith greeted me. I told him what I was looking for and within two vehicles, I had chosen one to buy. Price was right, process of paperwork easy. I drove out with it within a few hours. I have had it two days and love, love, love it. Thanks to the caring, kind, and respectful people at Marion Toyota, I can drive through snow with no problem, get great gas mileage, and zip around at my convenience. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and if you have only owned so called American made cars, put your big pants on and go to Toyota. They will treat you right and leave you with a smile. The iPad would not allow me to put excellent on overall or excellent on quality of facilities.

David Wilson made sure that I was making an informed service and stayed after the sale to make sure everything was lined out perfectly. My recent purchase from Marion Toyota was hands down the most effortless transaction I've ever had with a dealership. I saw an automobile online I was interested in, and since I live 80 miles away, didn't want to make the trip for a test drive without all the information I could get. All my requests for information were met expediently, and I had a very accurate estimate of what my trade in value would be. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately, the associate I was there to meet was advised, the car I wanted to look at was prepped with a dealer plate ready for a test drive. Actually I was in the car for the test drive within 5 minutes. The showroom was immaculate, and all staff were friendly with assisting me. After deciding to purchase, (I received a trade in value VERY close to what I had researched) all documentation was completed in a very professional, uncomplicated manner. Customer service excellence is what you'll experience if you choose Marion Toyota, and at age 50 this certainly wasn't the first time I've purchased an automobile. I felt as if my needs were accommodated with a superior rating, that I was welcomed and valued as a customer, and the time invested in research and the trip exceeded my expectations. WOW, Randy at Marion Toyota went way beyond what I expected any dealer to do. I was out of state for business when the vehicle we had been looking for showed up on the lot. My wife test drove it and we ended up buying it. Randy got us the best financing available and offered quite A bit more for our trade than I actually felt that it was worth. The paperwork was mailed to me out of state next day delivery and returned. The very next day my wife was in the new car! I would highly recommend this dealer and especially Randy for A salesperson!!! This was our first purchase with Marion Toyota but will defiantly not be our last!
