Everything went smooth until there was money involved. My trade-in payoff was paid off late and the finance company had processed the next monthly bill under my account. Fast forward til now, they send a trade-in payoff of the amount after the recent monthly payment. Now I am down a couple hundred dollars and they keep passing me around without any updates.
