I had two recalls on my vehicle. I initially spoke with Chelsea(?)in the service dept, who was very polite. Then I spoke with Trey in the auto body dept, who was very efficient as well as friendly. They both demonstrated professionalism but also made me feel like they were happy to help me.

Daniel Lykens was great to work with and Chelsea in service was as well. Great customer service with a loaner car and the Explorer is running great.

Excellent. Very attentive. The service department seems to be very customer-focused. I really like the shuttle service pickup and drop off, it makes the appointment convenient for me.
