Charles was so helpful throughout the process of buying my first Ford. He was down-to-earth, personable, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to show me all of the vehicle’s features and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. He also let me know I could reach out if I had any questions, which I really appreciated. He made buying my first car a great experience, and I would definitely recommend working with him!

Sent my car in for recall service and a ding repair that was under warranty. The recall service went as expected but the warranty service was useless. They found a way to get out of covering the warranty work and needed to charge me for the work. The work was minimal but I wanted it done so I only paid for what was absolutely needed. I feel a bit cheated for purchasing the warranty. It seems to always be just outside the scope of what the warranty will cover. Disappointed.

I love this dealership. They are very good at treating your vehicle as if it were their own. If you need to get an appointment for something a little bit quicker they try to get you in as soon as possible. I’ve only had good experiences with Bo Beuckman . Thanks.!!!

I called about a recall on my Ford escape. I gave them the recall number was set up a date and time to drop my car off. I dropped the car off when the technician was looking at it. They realize they didn’t have the parts as parts were not available. You would think the dealer would know that didn’t have the parts before I set up the appointment. It was a complete waste of my time.
