I had to come back after initial fixes were missed in

I had to come back after initial fixes were missed in both tail light & remote start. Then Chris was apologetic and worked hard to fix issues

Everything went very smoothly.

Everything went very smoothly. Chelsea was very helpful and kept in communication about the status of my vehicle. Will definitely be back for future service on my vehicle.

Chris was very helpful, but that was about the only good

Chris was very helpful, but that was about the only good part of this experience. The main problem being when I got my car back, there was a button missing from the steering wheel, which I found underneath the passengers front seat, and they also did not fully reassemble the steering column cover. I have been waiting all week for a call for a part that was supposed to come in 5 days ago, and still nothing. Chris is the only one on top of anything there.
