Helpful when scheduling and upfront about costs, which matched final bill. Two repairs and one service done in one day (scheduled appointment). Friendly customer service. Felt heard and appreciated.

Service was quick and thorough. Can be difficult at times to book appointments online or get through to book on the phone with service advisors.

1) No friendly greeting, not very friendly 2) Didn't offer the waiting room on snack room. Soothing i had been here before. 3) She said service may take up to 4 hours. When i called in for the recall.I was told it would take an hour. 4) Appointment time was 10am. They didn't move the car until 10:40 Service took about an hour. This delay in service caused me to have to reschedule a very important meeting. This experience has put a bad taste in my mouth about Bueckman Ford. The sales and servers service certainly have changed for the worse since Joe and Marty retired. I will NOT be buying my next Ford here!
