Bo has been servicing my car for a long time. I love that they will come pick up my car and return it when they are finished. They always call if I need something extra or something replaced, but never pushy about upselling me. They make the service process so easy!

Appt for Emissions test. Checked in at appointment time. Told to sit in the waiting area and someone would come out to have me sign something. 40 minutes later, no one appeared. Checked at the desk. Told Chelsea was at lunch and must have forgotten. Another rep checked that my car was inside the shop. 1 1/2 hours after appointment time the job was completed.
