Car was in for recall. Brought home and repair was incomplete and had to bring back to dealership and was told a partial repair was done. Did not qualify for a full repair??? Ford sent us a letter saying parts were on for the recall. Now dealership says no estimated on when the remaining part would be in and gave no update on when I could get my car. They stopped texting because they closed for the day.

I bought a luxury truck and feel like I have got awful service i had a balance on a rental for like 700 dollars and they thought holding my truck that was there for a totally separate service and is worth thousands was the right thing to do ...dont trust them with your vehicle also I got new tires and had nothing but problem with them and had to take it in to get them fixed multiple times

The service department was great in getting my car looked at, but I did not get any information throughout the day, had to call several times to get an update.

John did an excellent job of explaining the issue with my brakes and reaching out to my extended warranty company to get them to pick up part of the cost due to a failed bracket assembly. Really appreciated his attention to detail
