This last visit was to the body shop. I have bought cars and used the body shop and repair shop at Beuckman for the past 16 years. I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness and have never been oversold on anything. The young man I worked with in the body shop found a used part for my car saving me money. I appreciated that so much. If it wasn't that I am moving away from the area I would buy my next car from Beuckman because of the trust I have in them.

Need to improve the receptionist efficiency. Furthermore, to reduce timings of the car kept inside the workshop for standard check ups and oil change etc.
