Recently purchased a new vehicle from Charles at Bo Beuckman Ford. Charles was great, very friendly and honest. Overall a smooth transaction once we had the necessary paperwork. I would recommend to anyone seeking a good dealership experience.

I called about a recall on my Ford escape. I gave them the recall number was set up a date and time to drop my car off. I dropped the car off when the technician was looking at it. They realize they didn’t have the parts as parts were not available. You would think the dealer would know that didn’t have the parts before I set up the appointment. It was a complete waste of my time.

Process of purchase and test driving went very smooth would definitely buy there again no problem

There was a sound that has been annoying us for months. They fixed an issue covered by warranty. But it didn't fix issue. They squeezed us in before our family vacation, identified two other issues. One was a faulty repair completed by someone else before we had discovered Beckman dealership. They fixed it in a very timely manner and a reasonable cost. Great guys. Thank you. As a matter of fact, I'll probably be back soon. When I was installing my daughter's new car seat I broke the plastic clip and will need it fixed. Won't think of bringing the car anywhere but Beuckman.
