The pick up valet was on time and had good communication when service was done. They brought it right back. Everything seems to be good.

I was in and out while I waited for the routine maintenance being performed on my Bronco Sport. They explained everything that the technician performed on My vehicle during the service.

Service was very easy to schedule. Valet service was convenient and helpful. Great communication was provided throughout all steps of the process. All employees involved were friendly, polite and professional.

There was a sound that has been annoying us for months. They fixed an issue covered by warranty. But it didn't fix issue. They squeezed us in before our family vacation, identified two other issues. One was a faulty repair completed by someone else before we had discovered Beckman dealership. They fixed it in a very timely manner and a reasonable cost. Great guys. Thank you. As a matter of fact, I'll probably be back soon. When I was installing my daughter's new car seat I broke the plastic clip and will need it fixed. Won't think of bringing the car anywhere but Beuckman.

Pick up and delivery is a great amenity. The service advisors are super helpful and Chris always goes above and beyond for me. Keep it up!

Fast and efficient This was just an oil change and tire rotation. Easy to make appointment and service was less than an hour.

The salesman was so awesome he worked with me for about a whole month til I found the car I wanted! No high pressure. My family has bought from them in the past and I intend to buy a SUV from them in the near future. Great job Bo!
