Such a better experience this time around.
Such a better experience this time around. (Struggle for rental car in past). Found the pickup and drop off service to be amazing. So convenient not having to scramble everyone in the morning to drop off the vehicle

I used the Ford app to setup the appointment. I received updates via text which was helpful. Also received a text option to setup a pickup/drop-off service which I utilized. That was a very nice new perk. Overall, very happy!

It is one of the only ford dealers that I will trust with my car. Lou fuze ford was closest to where my car was at but I paused for my car to go to bo Beckham. I am glad I did my car is fixed and a will not be getting extra charges
