Everything was very good except kept my vehicle a day

Everything was very good except kept my vehicle a day longer than expected. No one contacted me to let me know. Was texted following morning by Chris that he was off Monday and know one worked on car. Had to reschedule an appointment.

Got charged me twice the amount of my ford points I was charged twice the amount of my FordPass Rewards points for my recent service. My account shows 25000 points were deducted instead of 12000. I need this corrected
