I am truly satisfied with the whole team at Ferman.

I am truly satisfied with the whole team at Ferman. It was every bit worth the 300 mile ride from south Georgia to Florida. The way I feel is as I wasn't treated as a customer that their were trying to make a one time sell to,I feel like they were trying to earn a life time relationship with. I purchased a 2022 wide body 392 challenger and they really took care of me.(for example) I called John Hurley(my salesman) on a Sunday on his personal cell while he was taking care of businesses at home. He took the time & walked me through everything I needed to do to get my car unconnect working properly.💪 Another example my finance supervisor Antwon Scott went above the call of duty to correct a mistake (my fault) on a warranty package that I clearly rushed & signed that I did not need. He fixed this for me without me having to come all the back down there to redo my contract. This really made me feel appreciated and that means a lot me! I have a son graduated college fall 23 & a daughter highschool 23. They will be definitely getting my business for both of my kids. I don't normally do reviews,but this was worth my time to do so! Once again I appreciate you guys & you have a life long customer. #keep up the great work)💯

we purchased our jeep in Wesley chapel we live in tampa went to jim browne a couple of times because it is closer to me but since it was sold to the morgan group I will not be going there any more... my service in Wesley chapel is definitely worth the drive.

This is for the Lutz location: Bob Cooper said that he decides whether repairs on you car are worth their time even if it's under warranty. Sure hope nothing happens to cause an accident that needed repair but Bob didn't think the money was worth someones safety.

I recently bought a certified used 2021 Jeep Wrangler

I recently bought a certified used 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sport. Even prior to showing up for my scheduled test drive, everything was smooth. I spotted my Jeep online and was contacted after the July 4th holiday by someone in Sales. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. On the day of my test drive, I was very impressed that the vehicle was already brought to the front and ready to go! My Salesman John was great! He was able to answer all of my questions and help me find a Jeep that not only met my families needs but made my Jeep dreams come true! Finance Manager was very patient as I worked everything out. I am in the middle of moving back to FL after living in Canada for the last 7 years so had to do some transfer of funds (everyone knows this can be a pain when doing it from other countries). I'm so appreciative of their kindness and patience!!! Would definitely recommend!!
