Great Customer Service

I’ve now bought 5 vehicles in my life. Up until this point I’ve never felt compelled to show loyalty to a dealer or sales person. That changed with Codi. He’s been a delight and easy to work with. Not only is he friendly and patient ; he’s continued to prove his worth after the sale.

Wonderful experience

Both Gabe and Dave were wonderful. They were very knowledgeable of their cars and made sure that we were comfortable with what we were getting. They did a great job of working with us and made sure we got what we wanted.

Three time repeat

We had a great experience with Mark and David. They helped us found a safe and reliable suv. They both showed patience and were knowledge of the cars we were looking at.

Straightforward and informative

I reviewed and researched cars for weeks. I had many emails back and forth with Matt McManus about my interest in a Maxima. When I was ready to get the car I wanted, the team made my experience a good one. Thanks Matt! I love the car :-) The 10/200k warranty is a big selling point you should be proud of.

Randy Graves was great!

Great inventory and to the point

I was able to see many options for the vehicle I was I interested in, from colors to trim packages. Damon did a great job quickly finding the right match to my expressed needs and wasted no time getting the next vehicle around for us to look at and drive.

Outstanding Customer Sevice

I was referred to Bommarito Nissan West County after experiencing some unpleasant service at another dealership unmentioned. I came in to receive a warm and professional welcome. I was skeptical, as to what to expect, as I had a poor experience previously. I wasn’t treated so well at the previous dealership. Bommarito Nissan West County worked incredibly great with me and bent over backwards to make sure I understood the process. I felt they were extremely honest with me. They went through hoops to make sure I left happy and with the car and price I wanted. I would most definitely recommend them and return for another purchase....regardless of the drive for me. Thank you, Bommarito Nissan for making this experience easy and friendly. It went from a stressful experience to one you made stress free.

Totally amazing!

We went to Bommarito Nissan Ballwin after getting terrible service at another Nissan dealer. I cannot believe how helpful they were. We were referred by a friend to see Damon Sleeper who took care of us (along with manager, David Evans) like we were family. They were able to work miracles to get us into a new car for a monthly payment that we were comfortable with. They strive to give excellence and integrity in everything they do! Outstanding!

Excellent customer servce no pressure

I think Sead is a great people person. He does what he says he will do and does not give you a bunch of boloney. He is honest and most of all fast at getting things done. I have referred two other people to him that have since bought cars also. I will definitely get my next Nissan from him
