Went in there for a torque converter replacement because

Went in there for a torque converter replacement because my truck was shaking. The replacement did fix the shaking however now the tire monitor sensor and the anti theft lights are on. Called the dealership to see if they could assist me, the receptionist was rude and had no sense of customer service and was not friendly. I get it working on a Saturday sucks but if you don’t like your job you can quit and find a new one. She then transferred me to a service advisor named “Isabella” she was no help. I told her my issue, she laughed at it and just went ahead and told me what I got my car serviced for… she then told me if I want to get their advice I need to pay $200. My truck did not have any of those issue when I brought it in… definitely not a good customer service or sales dealer ship, you’d expect a good treatment especially if you’re dropping 4K
