I'm rating my experience with Twin City Toyota at a 4.5 (Google only allows 4 or 5 stars)! Our used car purchasing experience was really good overall. I came in knowing what vehicles I wanted to look at and test drive, as well as a budget in mind. After figuring out which vehicle was best for me (the sales woman was NOT pushy at all!), I offered them my best price based on budget. The sales woman took the offer to her manager and they came back with a fair counter offer only $200 above my offer. I felt this was fair based on them sharing, in detail, all the maintenance they had accomplished on the vehicle and the costs involved (new tires, brakes, inspections, etc.). Felt comfortable with the purchase...and they even provide a warranty should anything go wrong within the first few months of leaving the lot. I would recommend giving Twin City Toyota a look if you're in the market for a vehicle, new or used.

We just bought our second car from Sandy Turner and she goes above and beyond to help with understanding everything about our new Venza. She makes you feel comfortable with your purchase from start to finish and wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once your purchase is completed she still asks that you call her direct if you have questions about things she went over as well as any new concerns with your vehicle. I can honestly say that she means it if she tells you to call her and she will absolutely follow up with you. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle.
