Buyers beware of Autohaus of Naples.

Buyers beware of Autohaus of Naples. Despite them having good reviews and ratings, Autohaus of Naples sold me a vehicle in July 2025 that had covered-up severe damage to the front end. I discovered the severe damage upon delivery and by taking it to a highly praised body shop in my city. They discovered that the front bumper cover was attached to the front end with only Zip-Ties. Every single attachment point on the front bumper cover were broken and unusable so Zip Ties were used to attach the front bumper cover to the front end plus all of the bolts and clips were missing. In addition, there was damage to a part of the radiator and to the inside of both front fenders. Bottom line, Autohaus of Naples sold me a WRECKED vehicle that was covered-up with a Salvage front bumper cover and fastened to the front end with only Zip-Ties. One of the hinge covers on the hard top convertible was broken off and missing. The repairs cost me $2,626.00. I then sent all of the photos of evidence from the body shop including the paid in full detailed invoice to the general manager Tim. I politely requested to be reimbursed for the cost of repairs. Tim refused to take responsibility for selling me a wrecked vehicle. He made up excuse after excuse. He also stated that the repair should have only been around $700. Which is complete xxxxxxxx! The new replacement front bumper cover cost in itself $1,200. He claimed they shouldn't have used an OEM bumper. Further proof that Tim scammed me with the purchase of the vehicle. He said a cheaper non OEM bumper should have been used. xxx?! If you are considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle, you should at all costs avoid a purchase from Autohaus of Naples. Worth mentioning, Tim essentially called me a liar. Even tho, I provided him all of the documented EVIDENCE of damage. Stay away from Autohaus of Naples. I wished I could post the photos of evidence of the wrecked vehicle that they sold me and then refused to take responsibility. Jimmy Andazola

Great for buying, selling, and consginments!

Tim was super helpful when I brought my vehicle in for consignment. He got the car sold fast, and got me top dollar for my car. It was one of the 2 vehicles I have purchased from Autohaus of Naples. Great store to do business with!

2014 Maserati GranTurismo Sport

We have purchased two cars from Autohaus of Naples and both experiences were great, the sales person made it really easy and there was zero pressure. They offer service that is much cheaper than the other dealerships and the people are very friendly. We will come back again. Jason Cheney

I had a great car buying experience. They have awesome gently used well maintained and fair priced high end vehicles. They are honest and professional. My salesman Tim was incredible and the owner Peter was very fair and a joy to do business with. I highly recommend these guys.

AMAZING service, they facilitated everything!

Tim assisted me in buying a 1973 Pinzgauer. Everything was seamless from start to finish. I was really concerned about registering a vintage foreign vehicle in Illinois but Autohaus of Naples gave me ALL the proper paperwork to sail through our Secretary of State office with ZERO trouble. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
