Traded a vehicle and a dealership I’m from Georgia.
Traded a vehicle and a dealership I’m from Georgia. It was the least vehicle. They asked me to get the payoff when I called Ford motor credit. They said that they couldn’t give me a dealer payoff. They gave me pay off that I could buy the car for. I relayed this to Tony Stovall and told them to call I have the texts so I assume they get the pay off just like every other dealership that I have dealt with in the last 40 years I’ve never had to come up that pay off and what dealership would not check the actual payoff from finance company before making a deal!!!?? just send me all the paperwork. Everything is signed. I change I put tint on the vehicle and put a new antenna. I put a bed cover.! About two weeks later they call me try to muscle me for 3000 saying that I gave him the incorrect payoff! What is total bull**** I told him they would have to call well they tell me that if I don’t give them 3000 they’re not gonna pay my bronco off and I’m going to be responsible for paying both vehicles!!! Extortion!!! I think they just figured that they’ll let the deal go through and I would pay the difference rather than returning a vehicle all the way from Georgia!!!! ! do not buy from this dealership if anybody else has had something like this happen leave a review on their dealership website! If we have enough, maybe we can get them investigated!!! I just want my money back!!! I’ve left a lot of reviews. They keep taking them down. I keep putting them back up on Google. The owner only contacts people that have positive reviews. .

This dealership exceeded my expectations. I leased Chevrolets Blazer EV in June 25. The customer service experience and quality of the vehicle was so good that I leased two more same vehicles in Mid Aug for my family. Sales personnel Briana Tucker and Matt, once again provided the superior, fast and friendly customer experience. Dealership is very clean and staff is friendly. Kudos to the dealership management for establishing a great organizational culture. Thanks for Briana and Matt for once again providing the memorable car leasing experience. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday night to be serviced
I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday night to be serviced on Wednesday morning. I called to check on my vehicle at 5:30 since I hadn't heard anything since noon and I was told tat the rep would call me back. I called back at 6:20 and the service department was closed. No call back after having my car all day is poor customer service.

I've had better experiences at other dealership.
I've had better experiences at other dealership. First, the machine to check alignment was not working so the alignment couldn't be checked. I did get an alignment but I didn't get a print out to show previous and final alignment numbers like I am used to; Second, I knew going in that one of my tire pressure sensors wasnt reading but after my appointment all of my sensors were not reading tire pressure. I was told that it was reset by mistake and I they couldn't get the three working sensors to read again unless I fixed the bad one which would be over $200; Third, I asked for mulitpoint inspection and did not receive a print out that details the inspection and any areas of concerns; for example, do my brakes need to replaced soon?Other dealearship provide this information; Fourth, I was asked if I wanted a sticker that let me know when my next service and I said yes and when I went to put the sticker on the windshield, the date was from the past and the mileage was nowhere close to what would be on my truck when the next service would be due and lastly, other dealerships have free snacks in the waiting area for customers. I feel with the amount of money that is spent for service some free nuts, cookies, chips or Chez-Its should be available. I will be visiting the Chevrolet dealership in Decatur or Fayetteville for my service.
