Buying my used car with DiLeo’s Auto Sales was a great experience from start to finish. Elliot (the GM) was very polite and took his time with my wife and I, explaining the entire process (as well as available warranty options) and answered all of our questions. Having only ever bought cars from large dealerships (and from private auctions), I was a little apprehensive to buy my next car from an independent shop (like DiLeo’s) so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. That said, but my experience was overwhelmingly positive and rewarding. Not once did I feel pressured into buying things I did not need and I left very satisfied that the price I paid was exactly what I expected (with no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges added on). Elliot (and the entire staff that we encountered) were pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend DiLeo’s for your next car purchase.

Elliot was great to deal with! He responded to my contacts in a timely fashion. He was flexible with us coming to see the car we were interested in. He listened and corrected the concerns we had. The purchase experience went smooth.

I got a great car for a great price with very low mileage on it. Car-buying is intimidating, but Elliot was incredibly helpful in making the whole process easy and streamlined. He was able to answer all my questions without making me feel like a dumb dumb, and he was very respectful and patient while I was still figuring things out.
