Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service! Wouldn’t honor my extended warranty because the place is closed and they couldn’t call. Which isn’t my problem. So Sewell who speaks of customer service… would rather inconvenience a customer than fix a the problem( which wasn’t even major problem). They just said sorry, can’t fix it. Until the warranty place is open? I find that hard to believe that you would rather inconvenience the customer than do the repair. Deal with the claim when the warranty place opens on Monday. Because Sewell, is worried about the cost??? It was never gonna cost them a dime. The warranty would cover it and or the dealership was covering the deductible for said extended warranty? So explain to me why the repair wasn’t done and your customer was left with the inconvenience now of wasting my Saturday and again because I’m gonna have to take off work? All because you guys were worried about the cost of a repair that’s under warranty??? Not to mention I barely had the car for 30 days! With all the advertised ads and social media bragging about customer service. I have to say you guys at North Houston Sewell are far from it!!!

Nice salesperson.

Nice salesperson. Still don’t think they gave me a fair offer on my trade. A local dealership offered 3k more but I REALLY wanted the vehicle I purchased. The vehicle was the best price I had been able to locate so I am happy about that part.

Experience with Steven Baker, the new Car Director is the

Experience with Steven Baker, the new Car Director is the worst I've ever had. The way he treated my Loan Officer was rude and very unprofessional. He was very aggressive and never use any good word choices for someone at Director's level. I will not recommend anybody to purchase New Car from Sewell Infiniti as long as Steven Baker is their New Car Director. I had the WORST experience of my life with him. Brian Birdsall is knowledgeable and very experienced. He was nice to deal with and pretty much did most of the "Damage Control" caused by Steven Baker. Thanks Brian!
