Established in 2008 I have used my previous 16 years of experience working for 2 other local dealers to fine tune your buying experience.

I hand pick all of my vehicles from local franchise stores not auction cars from other states and countries. This process helps avoid problematic vehicles stemming from the harsher climates of the southern and eastern states. NW cars are the best!

We have finance packages for people with challenged credit and also credit union and regional banks available for customers with higher credit scores.

Go Elsewhere! Buyer Beware!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback right before the pandemic—within weeks of purchase it needed a new transmission, engine reseal, brakes, and alternator. After much ado with the owner who was hard to communicate with and would only do so via email, we got a refurbished transmission via Subaru since no private shop would touch it and the owner had the engine repaired at his shop. Lo and behold, once the pandemic eased up a bit and started driving a bit more, we noticed an oil leak. Brought it in for an oil change and had the dealer look at it and said the whole engine needs a reseal, that the last one was just a patch job. I contacted Armadillo immediately once we discovered that the transmission repair exhausted our extended warranty and I was vehement that I speak with the owner and find a resolution to this problem, as I felt I was sold a lemon. And without missing a beat, the owner quickly replied once I contacted the BBB, which he was upset that I contacted a “watchdog” and told me he would no longer communicate with me because I was snarky. I’ve been in customer service management for over 20 years and never would I ever dream of placing the onus on the customer; it is my job to stand behind whatever it is I’m selling and not be sexist and divert attention from the massive issues at hand (another $5000 worth of work because I also have an after market suspension as well that needs replacing). I say sexist because he would only deal with my husband, despite it being my car, and sited portions of my email that he didn’t like as to why he was no longer talking to us; I guess he doesn’t like when women speak up for themselves and make demands. Additionally, a local shop that I went to for a second opinion is telling me that it’s probably not worth fixing. So I have every right to be upset and it’s the owners job to alleviate my concerns and stand behind their business. Buyer beware and like others said, do yourself the favor and don’t trust them, they will sell you anything. Get the car checked out first, or better yet, go elsewhere. I’m now out 12k in the middle of a pandemic.

Great Experience

Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours. I am most pleased with the way that I was treated, the professionalism of the personnel, and their preparedness for my visit.

Great Value, Great Vehicle!

Husam was very friendly, not at all pushy. Very easy to work with. We got a great deal on a 2015 Volkswagen and we love it!

Poor communication

Very disappointing experience. We looked at a used car, that we wanted to pay cash for. They disclosed that the A/C wasn't working. After paying $189 to Lexus for an independent inspection, we'd agreed to buy the car pending the repair of the A/C. When Todd said he'd call with an update, a call was never received. I called. Was told the repair was done, just needed to be tested. Weeks later they sent a text asking if we were still interested; a delay in the repair - wrong part sent (????). We agreed we were still interested. Another couple of weeks go by with no update. I contacted them. No response. I saw yesterday that they'd sold (or removed) the car from their listing. I think if you are needing credit, they'll probably welcome you with open arms. For me though, I'd never recommend them to a friend.

Excellent Variety of Cars!

This is a great place to start your credit or recover from it. They will provide you with different options to have a positive outcome. They give you the maximum amount of trade-in for your vehicle. I would definitely recommend people or customers who want to build their credit or purchase the car they want. They has excellent varieties of cars to choose from.
