I found a rare q60 with low miles, its a car I have been wanting for a while with AWD. Tony held the car for me until my loan was approved. I was very happy to get the car. It was very clean and drives great.

Great dealer. Tony helped me so much with buying my first car. Bought and paid from over the phone from South Korea and had it delivered in Ft Walton Beach FL. Everything went quick and smoothly.

I found the car of my dreams, a BMW 335i M/Sport package, manual and super low miles at Chantilly Auto. I figured it has to have something wrong with it. I started emailing with Tony, one of the owners, he responded immediately and provided all the info I asked about. I scheduled a visit and went with my son and daughter to see it. The car was spectacular and Tony was professional and had the perfect balance of being there to answer any question, but allowing us to talk ?as a family?. They had done some upgrades that were not even in the ad, which was a very pleasant finding. He set us up for the test drive and honestly, I was sold. My son, the sceptic was also sold. I came financed, but he had very good offers and in no way was he pushy, he was knowledgeable and extremely professional. I did take the extended warranty, it was too good not to. It?s extensive and well worth it, if you have ever owned a lux car, you know what I mean. Again, no pushiness at all. Also, we found a very minor issue related really to the large, heavy BMW coup door, when we pointed it out to Tony, he had it fixed perfectly by the time we got back from lunch. Dealing with a Va. car and living in Md. has its own set of issues as you can imagine. We had a few minor issues (like tint, Md. is strict) and I was worried that well after I bought the car, I would never hear from Tony again. Not so! I contacted him via email and again, responses were so fast I was shocked. He did over and above everything he could and when it took him 1/2 to answer my email, he apologized but he was at lunch!! Let me boil down my long email; I was terrified of dealing with; a) a used car salesman and b) a luxury car at a great price. Chantilly Auto and specifically Tony was almost too good to be true, but I have the car and registration to prove he was that good. My wife and I raised 8 kids, so when I considered buying this car, it was a big investment that I didn?t want to mess up. Tony made it a dream realized. One more thing, we had suffered a personal tragidy during all this and Tony made it a point to provide us some solace, but really made the effort to not mix up buying a car with his humanity, that says a lot. Bottom line; if you see a car they have and they had some really sweet cars, go check it out. Tony and his brother, who also own the place, are straight up good people. No hiding, no up selling, no see you once your out the door. I'm 57 and this was the best experience I've had buying a car since I bought a Dodge for $50 when I was 16!

I traded in my old Odyssey for a new Odyssey from Chantilly Auto Sales, and Shaq was amazing in assisting us with everything we needed. Very professional, no pressure, and very friendly. We got there a bit late, but they stayed open for us and got us in and out after 45min. Very easy and already recommended them to a few friends.

I was on the market for a relatively new car and Tony helped me with a car that matched the criteria and in fact he went above and beyond to help me choose a right car when i was having difficulty in choosing Lexus vs Acura. I bought a used '12 Acura TL from him. Tony is exceptional and an all rounder who took care of everything in my car buying experience and you can see his passion for the cars which gave me the confidence that Yes, i should buy from this person as he knows what he talks about. I would recommend people to go and talk to him if you are in the market for a used vehicle as you will only come out of the store with some additional knowledge about the car even if you don't buy a car from him. Had a very pleasant car buying experience here with salesman Shaq. He showed me all the cars on my list, and was very patient with me while i was there looking. He told me take a couple days to think about it, without any pressure. I had finally made my decision and went back and purchased the car from him. Shaq made everything go as easily as possible. Very nice guy.

I was referred here by a friend, but I didnt end up buying a car from them because it was already sold, but tony and shaq helped me look for another vehicle while i was there, and had a very low pressure buying pitch.Their prices are beyond fair and they dont force you into anything. Just picked up a 3 series from here and all the guys that worked here were great. The car was exactly how I expected and they even filled my gas for me since i was traveling from nj. Great selection of cars too.

Excellent service provided by Tony and Team. I bought two cars from them - Acura RDX and Infinity G37 Coupe. Both these cars were in excellent condition. There were minor wear and tear issues which Tony fixed for me. I highly recommend to my friends and co-workers. Key Highlights: 1) They have an excellent selection of cars in good condition - mostly on the luxury side. 2) Their rates are very competitive as compared to other dealers for similar make/model/year. 3) They treat their customers well and provided excellent post sales support. 4) There was issue with bearings for my Acura RDX and needed to be replaced at Acura Pohanka Service Center. Tony proactively offered to split the cost with me. 5) The tires and brake pads were worn out and replaced for my Infinity G37 Coupe. Tony happily replaced the brake pads and tires for me and arranged to drop the vehicle to my home. To sum it up, this dealership has excellent selection of cars at reasonable rates. They provide good pre-sales and post sales support and are not pushy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy high quality luxury used cars.
