Per my complaint on October 10th. I can send screenshots of my reach outs and the lack of response as well as both letters from my lienholder....including the last one that stated that I had very limited time before my interest rate would be affected. I purchased my vehicle from you all on August 17 and I received my tag on October 28. You do the math on the 45 days. Let me know if you would like screenshots, I’m happy to provide. It may have been better to address the situation and try to make a returning customer happy instead of posting untrue information. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2009 because I was very happy with the service until this purchase. I’m a documentation queen so let me know if you need anything else. Please also note that I posted this in desperation to get a response from you all after sending multiple request and calling every number I had including office and cell phones. I only went this route when I received notification from my lienholder and the advice was to seek legal representation if necessary and that my interest rate would be increased at the 75 day mark. Again, let me know if you need documentation sent to you as I am happy to provide. By the way, I’m still waiting on the driver car nat for my vehicle that was promised. I can send you that documentation as well if needed.I also had to replace brakes and purchase tires when taking my truck in for a 5,000 mile oil change, yet I received documentation that the tires and brakes were in good standing and the vehicle had 800 additional miles on it from the mileage that is on my paperwork. I can send that to you as well if needed. Let me know.

Great Service!
I Called RPM about finding me a 2015 Bentley Mulsanne and I left a deposit and within a week I had my car. I most say this was suggest a easy process and I would refer RPM To all My Family And Friends.

Poor follow-up
I requested information on a vehicle in the middle of the week. I did not receive a response until after hours on Sunday even - only stating they would check on availability and get back to me which they never did. Their loss - bought my vehicle already from another dealer that valued my business.

No credit, forget about it.
Really don't have anything to say, I did not purchase a vehicle from them, the process was exciting at first but I was hardly contacted back. The financing department was not able to approve me and failed to contact me and say so. They just never said anything. I felt as if I didn't make 6 figures there wasn't a chance for me to get a vehicle. I would recommend this place to any baller but not to a blue collar hard working individual. This place make you feel like you just broke up with your girlfriend.

Who was your sales person? Because we always let u keep your credit situation but we don't promise anyone that they get approved and maybe that was was your situation but u don't have to be a baller to buy a car but if your credit is bad u do have to have money down or ok credit. Ranger Roover owner
I purchased my Range Roover with much excitement. A Ranger Roover was my dream car but with the help of Rick it soon became my nightmare. First the radio went out along with the navigation system. Next the button to wind the window down became loose. After that the sunroof started to leak plus the car was making a strange noise. I called Rick several times and left several messages but he choose to ignore me. I didn't have the truck for three months yet. Rick was not the same person whom I brought the car from. In the buying process he was helpful and always available when I called. Lesson learned for me. If everything is perfect they will be great but if they so happen to sell you a lemon then they will be out of sight and out of mind!

Purchase
I recently bought a BMW from RPM and found the experience to be new and different but it saved me a huge amount of time and searching while they did the work. I came into a great environment and got a great deal on the car. The customer service and low pressure approach made it a nice experience. Would highly recommend the dealership to anyone.
