The whole process was super smooth from start to finish. I walked in, not entirely sure what I wanted to do with my current leased vehicle (keep it by buying it out, or turn it in for a new one), Brianna and Justin made the process simple and were extremely patient with me while I reviewed financing options on multiple vehicles, plus the lease buy out. Amazing experience as always (this is the 5th Subaru we've purchased from Subaru of Las Vegas in the last 10 years. From customer service to delivery, always an A++ experience, this time was no different. Looking forward to working with Brianna and Co again in a few years.

Had a really good experience here. I met with Gus T. over the course of a week and there was no pressure, no unwanted contact. I test drove several vehicles and even the same vehicles multiple times as it was a big decision for me, and a tough choice among so many great options. Throughout all my indecisiveness Gus was extremely patient and let me work out what I wanted at my own pace. Daniel did the final hand off once I’d made my purchase and was able to answer any questions I had. Additionally during redelivery/Love-Encore I got to meet with Bret and Jeff. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable - true veterans of Subaru and the business in general. It was a great experience overall and for anyone looking to buy a post sale experience as much as a vehicle I must say Subaru of Las Vegas provides above and beyond on customer satisfaction.
