I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Ramsen was very friendly, patient and understanding. Even recognized us on the road while he was at lunch. That to me is key component in good customer service. Remembering your customer no matter where you see them. The dealership even cut us a deal since my father in law was a returning customer. I'm very pleased with my experience as Central Valley Dodge and will be coming back in the future.

Edwards was by far the best salesmen I have ever met. Made sure that all my requirements for a vehicle were met, answered every question I had, & made sure I got a deal that would work for me. I will probably never by vehicles from anyone else. He made sure that everything we needed got taken care of and is extremely respectful. I will continue to contact him for all my vehicle needs.

My wife and I just purchased or 2024 Chrysler Pacifica from Central Valley Chrysler. We are 58 years old and this was our first time purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership. We have heard plenty of horror stories about negative experiences with dealerships and we were leery about process. We were blessed to have Ramsen Dadesho as our sales person. His knowledge of the product was excellent. He was very patient when answering our numerous questions and explaining the process from start to finish. Ramsen when above and beyond to make sure were we comfortable with each step of the purchase. If you are considering purchasing a car from Central Valley Chrysler do yourself a favor and ask for Ramsen!
