I needed a key replaced for my 2015 Ford Fusion which I purchased at this dealership about 2 years ago. Our service agent, Michael Moxely was very helpful, accommodating and kept me informed as to the status of key replacement and car programming. He is the best!

Very disappointed
My wife took car in for servicing and in the mean time spoke to salesperson regarding rebates on new vehicle. He was supposed to get to me before I left and never did.

Service on Ford Airbag recall at Suntrup Ford
It was courtious, professional and done in very reasonable time. Both our vehicles were purchased at Suntrup and if I was not happy with their service I would not be a customer. They treat people with respect, much more than I can say of many organizations.

Worst service experience ever
Tried three times to schedule an oil change service but online customer service, leaving a message and even stopping in did not get me an appointment. Fourth time I finally received an appointment but when I came in on that day/time, I was not on their schedule. With some research they found me on a different day (out of town that day). They found an opening a half hour later so I waited. I asked how long for only an oil change and was told approximately an hour. Over two hours later, my car appeared in front of the showroom but after inquiring about it, there was no paperwork for another hour. Then I was shown the services they recommend at the time but my car was outside the shop and definitely wasn't going back in for another 3 hours. I went to pay, still a few minutes later, and my free oil change service (part of my deal for buying the car there) was questioned which is another ordeal. Finally ready to leave and was blocked in by the semi dropping off cars. I waited another 45 minutes just to leave the parking spot that the service team put me car into! I had to reschedule 3 of my clients that day because of the fiasco of only getting a "scheduled oil change". My salesman, Fred, tried to help and inquired a few times about what was taking so long. He even did this while helping others out that were interested in buying a car. Fred's the only reason I gave a second star for customer service.

I've been a loyal and satisfied Ford customer since 2013 when I bought my New Ford Fusion. So, when I wanted to trade it in in 2018, without a doubt, I went to back for my new 2018 Ford Edge!
