Service was fine - cost is way too high. A Honda with 100,000 miles should not cost a month’s salary for routine maintenance items.

While we always try to keep pricing down many factors out of our control such as raw material cost etc. have contributed to the rise. I’m just giving you the feedback you asked for. To me it seems like other shops are doing a better job of keeping costs reasonable. My only recourse is to express my dissatisfaction with the high cost of this repair. I’ve enjoyed many decades of reliable Honda ownership - but I won’t be able to much longer if the repair costs spiral out of control.

Quick service on my vehicle.

Quick service on my vehicle. My test drive appt was ready and on time. However I was disappointed on the lack of features on the new carbs.

I came in with a problem with my Honda Pilot transmission

I came in with a problem with my Honda Pilot transmission light coming on. Tracy Peters was able to get me in right away and also get me a loaner car. I greatly appreciated the loaner car since I had no other car to drive. The figured out what what going on with my car really quick and took care of it along with some other issues they found. I really appreciate the quick service. Tracy was very helpful with working out the price since it was still under warranty and the other services were not. They were very kind and helpful to me. I would highly recommend St Louis Honda for your service needs!

When I was in the market for a new car and since the lease was ending on my Honda Fit that I leased through Dave Mungenast. My thought process was purchase through Mungenast and take it there to be serviced. This is the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I have always received the best service at Dave Mungenast.
