We recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from St. Louis...

We recently purchased a new Honda CR-V from St. Louis Honda. We had the most amazing experience with our salesman, Craig Newport. Craig was more of a consultant rather than a salesman. He asked us questions in order to determine our budget, needs and wants so that he could ensure he found the best product for our expanding family. His product knowledge was impeccable. We did not expect him to be able to recite every statistic, but Craig was able to answer every single question and showed us that he fully backed what he was selling. This made the decision making much easier for us because we trusted his recommendations. Craig also has extreme patience. He was supposed to be off work that night at 6:00, we arrived at 5:30. Once we decided to purchase our CR-V, Craig walked us through each and every step and never once said a word about having to stay at work late (4 hours!!). He was amazing!!! The next day we received a personal follow-up phone call from Craig, which showed us we were not just another sale, but actual people to him. I cannot stress my gratitude enough. Craig made this experience very enjoyable and we will buy from him again!!!

I stopped by St. Louis Honda just to test drive the...

I stopped by St. Louis Honda just to test drive the Accord Crosstour. I had narrowed my search down to a Nissan Murano or the Honda car. I had no intention of purchasing a car on that particular day but working with Mike we were able to arrive at a reasonable price for both the new car and trade in. Mike was very easy to work with and knowledgable about the car I was interested in. I explained to Mike how I like to handle car purchases and he worked with me on my terms. Randy Graves with "David Mungenast St. Louis Honda" was...

Randy Graves with "David Mungenast St. Louis Honda" was excellent! He was courteous, friendly, and most importantly not "pushy". I'm a woman in my 30s and he treated me with respect. He was easy to talk to, which helped me work through my fear about buying a brand new car! As you can tell, I highly recommend seeking out Randy at St. Louis Honda (David Mungenast).

Our first visit to look and our second visit to buy were...

Our first visit to look and our second visit to buy were very pleasent experiences because of our salesman David Gierse. He was never in a hurry, there was no presure from him to buy, he was very knowledgable in his discription of different cars and found for us the exact car we wanted. We have bought from St. Louis Honda before, but his service to us was exceptional. We will enjoy this car as much as we have the last 3 Hondas we have had.

We recently bought a 2011 Honda Pilot and couldn't have had a better experience. Sam was very friendly before, during, and after our purchase. The interaction we had with the other employees was more than pleasant and I would highly recommend Dave Munganast St. Louis Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

This was by far the best experience buying a new car I...

This was by far the best experience buying a new car I have ever had. Actually, I dislike buying cars because of the usual pressure game. Not so with this dealer. The new Honda I got is a wonderful car. I expect years of service from it. The salesman and support staff were very friendly as well. Thank you.

The dealership was very professional. I worked only with Gary so there was no high pressure sales manager pushing me to make a quick decision. They have already followed through with all the items that were promised at the time of sale and have sent me a letter and called to assure I was happy with the purchase. Overall I really like this dealership and inparticular Gary Kinder as a salesman.

My experience with St. Louis Honda and its sales staff...

My experience with St. Louis Honda and its sales staff was, overall a very good one. I am a graduate student so am young and still fairly naive when it comes to big life decisions. Dave took some time to get to know me and my place in life, and he respected my needs as a consumer and my limits as a customer. I was not tricked into buying something that I didn't need and I certainly did not pay too much for what I wanted and subsequently got (utilitarianism and budget-mindfulness are key on a teaching stipend).

My parents have been faithful customers of St. Louis...

My parents have been faithful customers of St. Louis Honda since 1989. The purchase of this car marks, I believe, the 19th purchase and the 18th Honda we have bought from the dealership. Rick was terrific. Very knowledgable and went out of his way to make this entire process quick and easy. I have always recommended St. Louis Honda to people and will continue to do so in the future. I've been dealing with Rob Carroll at St. Louis since...

I've been dealing with Rob Carroll at St. Louis since 1999. He is the best salesman that I've ever worked with -- friendly, not high pressure, gives lots of information, etc. I just bought a 2010 Insight to replace my 2000 Accord (yes, I'm a Honda girl!), which was a total loss when a Casey's tanker (tractor trailer) truck ran over the front of it while making a left-hand turn from the right-hand lane! I've worked with Rob on 3 new cars throughout the years and I will continue to work with him, and send him referrals, because he is a salesman to be trusted! In addition, St. Louis Honda Service Department is wonderful -- I'm always satisfied with the wait time and amenities when I service my vehicles. I highly recommend my salesman and my dealership to anyone!
