This Auto Dealership runs like a fine tuned machine, just like it's cars and my sales person Christopher Connelly knew just what I wanted and delivered it to me just like that. The service department is right on top of everything too. I wish I had known about Krystal sooner.

They are a great dealership to do business with and they are there after your purchase when you need them.

Jeff (my sales person) was great. Patient and very helpful. Was a little surprised by a couple of things. Request for a formal document with the info for a wire transfer seemed to be a challenge. No letterhead? And also the 877 number on one of the print outs I received rang to a med alert scam. Beautiful facility and so far I'm loving my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Also appreciated Nicole's help when Jeff was unavailable.

Service was extremely fast, I am also very happy with the waiting room atmosphere, comfortable.

Sales person could read my mind. Knew what I needed, was extremely human. Have dealt with salesmen for 50 years. Hated all of them. This was a great experience. I would recommend Nicole and Steve the owner to anyone.

Nicole was very helpful in showing me several different options to finance the truck. She had it all set and ready for me when I came to test drive it. Was very helpful through the process and made it a good experience getting into my new truck which I love.

Friendly, no high pressure salesman who was knowledgeable and helpful getting me a fair deal I will go back again for my next vehicle.

Jared did our financing for us. He looked at many lending institutions getting us the best interest rate available. When he was done he called to let me know what our interest rate would be the bank it was with and the approximate monthly payments. It gave us time to think about the rate and payments before going there to sign the paperwork. Because of this we felt confident in our decision to continue with the purchase. He gave us options for an additional warranty and did not try to get us to purchase the most expensive. He explained all the options in detail letting us know what each covered, and what was the one most often purchased. Which again was not the most expensive. Just the one that was practical. I recommend Jared, our salesman Chris, as well as, the entire Krystal Dodge dealership.
