Luke was great to work with. I felt no pressure at all in purchasing a vehicle, but I could tell they still valued and appreciated my business. The buying process was very quick and they explained everything and left me feeling very confident in my new purchase.

Very nice indoor showroom. Salesperson was professional. Overall ok. A few things I didn’t like. The blinker on side mirror was broken. That was not shown or disclosed. It did come w a replacement in a box that I have to now install. They didn’t have an employee available to install it. The vehicle had been keyed on one side and this was not disclosed. Yes it was ultimately my fault for not seeing it during inspection but a heads up before we drove an hour and a half would have been nice. Lastly the salesperson said they would top off the tank. It was only at half full when I left. Minor problems and all in all it was an ok experience.

We arrived on a Saturday morning and really were not optimistic that Gretna Auto would be able to meet our price that we wanted to pay for the Subaru Outback. The salesman, Tyler Miller was polite and professional. He was very upfront and honest and I was really shocked that we were able to walk out of the dealership two hours later with a deal in place to trade our vehicle in for the Subaru Outback. We financed through Gretna Auto and the Finance Manager, Travis was a pleasure to work with as well. He informed us about an extended warranty and when we declined, he respectfully did not pressure us into changing our minds which has happened numerous times at places in the past. We appreciated that he moved on and finished the transaction professionally. We will certainly look to Gretna Auto the next time we need to purchase a used vehicle! Jeff and Nancy Stevens

DO NOT GO HERE
DO NOT GO HERE! The owner Bryan Gibbs says this on their website "From the moment you step on our lot until the time you drive away in your next car, your buying experience with Gretna Auto Outlet is our number one priority" Yeah the buying experience is all they care about, your money is all they care about! But once you drive away in your next car, don't expect them to help you with anything! Once again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

Sydney-- as you previously stated in your Google review: "We were offered a warranty but declined". You purchased a 100k, 10-year-old vehicle. Unfortunately, we can not foresee issues after your purchase and an extended warranty would have been a great choice. We have thousands of happy customers and they will continue to be our #1 Priority! Have a great day.

Would rather go to the dentist
TLDR - typical poor dealership experience. Everyone is nice enough but the whole purchase experience was pretty terrible. Had the car ready when I got there after driving 3 hours, was missing a part but we came to an agreement. Told me they would ship/transport the car down to me once everything was finished so it was easier. Fair enough. I setup for funds to be sent but they called me asking how soon I could come in to sign paperwork. They acted like it was an issue to FedEx or email paperwork to me like they have never done an out of State sale before. They eventually emailed over to me the paperwork which I signed and returned and never heard back. Followed up the next day to finally be told they sent it over to my bank so they could receive funding. I confirmed with my bank. After poor communication I decided to retrieve the vehicle myself instead of waiting on shipping as I was not confident it would be delivered to me with any sense of urgency. I alerted them to when I would be arriving. Nothing was ready, for some reason the car was getting an oil change, it never got detailed with their reasoning being that I was driving it back so it was going to get dirty and they only put $20 in gas in. I figure after I saved them a chunk of change on transport fees, least they could do was put a tank of gas in. What should have taken 10 minutes to pick the car up was a nearly two hour process of waiting on something or someone. It has been nearly 30 days and I am STILL waiting on the part that was promised to me in writing that is an essential part of the safety restraint equipment on the vehicle. Furthermore upon getting home I had a Post Purchase Inspection completed to see what maintenance the car needed and found multiple just dumb items broken or not corrected that either would have cost $10 or 5 minutes of time to easily fix. It is very apparent this vehicle was never inspected or gone through any sort of quality control upon them purchasing it from auction. Short of writing a book, there are multiple other small things that happened through the process that made this experience less enjoyable than going to the dentist to have a tooth removed. It really is too bad as the location and facility is great, and the inventory they have is unique but the customer service just falls so terribly short.

Jake-- we appreciate your concern. I wish you had addressed it with management before the reviews. I did order the headrest. Unfortunately, Seam left and did not pass anything along to us and the phone number you were given was to a 3rd party we use. I apologize he did not respond. As soon as I knew what happened, I ordered the headrest and it is being shipped directly to you. This was not a normal situation and we apologize. Gretna Auto Outlet -- Management

Jake, we appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, it appears that we dropped the ball. As you know, once I was aware of the situation, you were contacted and I was immediately working to resolve it in an adequate manner--- and got you the headrest you were promised. Unfortunately, the former employee did not relay any concerns to us. We never want rare situations like this and always try to go above and beyond. We do appreciate your business.
