Satisfying

The entire office and shop staff were friendly, very knowledgable and left me along to look the inventor over before I asked for help, the buying process was fast and they knew what they were talking about .

clean autos

autos were very clean. they seem very honest, office personnel were nice, the salesman was very unprofessional, told me stuff any ordinary person would already know, i don't believe he is there anymore.

Awesome place

We went here to buy a car, we didn't end up buying one from them but they were so helpful and friendly! Its a very family friendly atmosphere and you feel very comfortable!

Poor customer service

Ran my credit and I never saw the truck I came to look at because it was at “another lot down the road”. Would not recommend

Thank you!

The process was easy and fast, and they happened to have Santa Claus in the dealership that day so my wife brought the kids to see Santa too. They loved it!

Disappointed

My mother traded her 2005 Colorado to this lot for a 2007/08 Avalanche. Few days later, decided to check their lot for a silverado. Had 2 in stock that interested me. Both black regular cab shortboxes. One they bluntly told me I could not afford. The other was a 04 straight box with 22” wheels. On the test drive of this truck, the 3rd member sounded to have issues as I wound around frontage road. The salesman turned the radio up on me after I rolled down both windows to diagnose the sound! We had stopped to fuel the vehicle. At this time I did a walk around and discovered a small rust hole in muffler constantly weeping water. Another issue I saw on all vehicles is the bad rubberized undercoating jobs done to every vehicle on the lot. Nothing was taped off, wire looms, hardlines all of it was sprayed. I gave a low offer and glad they turned me down because I ended up getting a crew cab with less miles for $6,000 less. It’s a hail truck but still a way better purchase. My mother’s Avalanche came with a Gibson exhaust system which someone had cut both rear pipes, guessing an attempted theft. We called the salesman about this right away and he vowed to make it right and blew her off after. This truck also suffers from oil consumption. A well known issue with this year. After trading her out of a solid vehicle that routinely sells for over book for the headache she has now and my own experience, it’d have to be a heck of a deal to get me back on their lot.

They made it fast, and easy!

We stopped by to look at a few cars for our son who just turned 16 and we found one he loved! Jack made the process simple and fast! We were able to get home in time for the game! Thank you guys! We really appreciated it!

poor treatment of potential customer

Stopped by earlier today to look at two potential car options for my girlfriend. This was our first stop of the day to look at a few options we found online. The salesperson helped us test drive both (same year, one had more mileage). One had a slight alignment issue when driving at lower speed and the other had a braking noise that the salesperson said they could look at replacing the brakes. After the test drive we sit down and begin the typical discussion on pricing/options. Since this was our first stop, we had other vehicles to look at and the salesperson begins to do the typical “what price does it have to be to leave with it” talk. We are interested in one as a potential option so we try to begin communicating that we aren’t ready right now and may br back after we look at the other vehicles on our list. Suddenly a colleague near thr front desk (I’m assuming more senior salesperson...if it was the manage then that’s disappointing), interrupts us and asks why we test drove both cars if they’re nearly the same. We begin to say the colors/mileage are different and of course each could test drive differently (which they did). I already sensed this colleague was frustrated that we test drove two vehicles that they’d have to detail (it’s raining/sleeting today). While I understand the frustration, there is no excuse for the poor attitude and disrespectful way in which he talked to us. I stood up and said we don’t seemed to be welcome here and thanked the salesperson (he was clearly staying out of the conversation once his colleague began talking to us). As we’re trying to leave the other colleague is still asking why we had to test drive both (which the salesperson did not once indicate he didn’t want us to). I almost begin to debate with this person if he understood how he was treating potential customers, but decided there would be no value and again mentioned we were leaving since we weren’t feeling welcomed any longer. I normally don’t write reviews but this was my first experience being this disrepected at a dealership and at a store that would warrant sharing my experience. For those looking at a vehicle here, please be wary of how they treat you as a customer.

Awesome sales staff!

We had Jack help us with our car purchase from Gretna and it was easy, fast and painless! And they had free hot chocolate while we waited! Jack answered all of our questions, and we even got to meet the owner while we were in! We'll be back for sure!
