The review title just makes me laugh. It's one of my favorite lines from Planes, Trains & Automobiles. So, I bought a Volvo here. This is the third car I've bought from the same place in about four years. We got another car for my kid recently and we keep coming back. The service and experience are great. The same people are there every time. It's not like most dealerships that have crazy turnover. Its nice to be recognized when you walk in and treated like a client, not just a commission. We drove a few cars, and Brad found me exactly the perfect car for me at a price I felt comfortable with. I really think this is one of the best places in the metro to get a used car.

Mitch (our salesman) is AWFUL and his managers. Zero integrity. Dont get me wronf he was great when he was working the sale, leading us to not worry about other reviews. The minute we purchased until now (only 30 days later) has been miserable. We did not get an owner's manual or keys ($300) the passenger seat turned out to be broken ($1,000), oil leak, power steering leak, bad battery, balance is off, 3 brake lights out .. and this was all in the first two weeks. And where was Mitch?? Or anyone for that mattematter.. Who knows. Neither him or any manager would even return our calls. We did get contacted by the title specialist advising we had to take the title in for inspection, which is their responsibility (prior to the sale) The sheriff's department even asked who we bought this from and that we should charge them for our time and miles. When we called to ask about the repairs and cosy they said "that is too bad, you bought it as is" nice. Finally we financed some of the vehicle and they included taxes in it ($840) and guess who pocketed it? We still have not seen the money but we did receive a statement for payment due. We have returned everything that they asked for. And now we have a fine for expires licenses.

Brad was for professional and accommodated all of my needs. Additionally, he assisted with finding the exact car that would fit my needs. I didn't feel pressured to buy at anytime. The overall experience was great.

Fastest and easiest car buying process I have ever been a part of! Everyone that worked there was so so great. Greeted me before I even walked in. Rodney Pettit is a dear friend of mine and he always gives me the best deals! I highly suggest you go to him for your next used car!

Cole was excellent to deal with and answered all of our questions. We had been looking for awhile now for a truck to pull our fifth wheel camper. We found one at Gretna Auto Outlet and were able to figure everything out over the phone. We drove in from out of state the truck was everything we'd hoped for from the pictures on the website. We were in & out of there in a short time after test driving it and signing the paperwork. Both the General Manager and the Owner came out to thank us for our business. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle.
