Usually car dealerships are up on calling you...a lot. Poor customer service here, I made an inquiry on a car, and now a week later i have still not heard anything.

Positive experience at Hanna Imports.

I recently bought my used Toyota there after thoroughly researching the online inventory of 47 dealers and visiting dozens of lots in the Raleigh area. I found Hanna Importsprices to be about $1,000 below nearly every other dealer (except for Anchor Auto in Fuquay-Varina). Brandon handled the sale. He was very knowledgable, reponsive to my questions, and low-pressure ... the perfect sales rep from my point of view. When it came time to negotiate the final price he had fewer concessions to offer, but from my research I knew I was getting a good deal. All the problems found in the pre-purchase inspection were fixed and the car runs great. I very happy with the purchase.

To funny!!

Hanna Imports advertised a car online, I offered them 7500 (advertised 7950), and got no response. Less than one month later I am again looking for a VW Passat, see the same car, now advertised for 7500. Duh, did I just not offer you that and you had no response 3 weeks ago???????

great experience

just brought home my new (to me) 2006 honda civic ex, just what i wanted and the price was right. had a great experience with the dealership and with brandon and fade; both were helpful and direct. keep in mind that many of the cars are priced aggressively. when they say they won't go down any more, they mean it, so know what your own bottom line is.

Good Service Better Prices

We bought a 2007 Mazda 6 from here and have LOVED it. We spent quite some time looking for cars and thank God for Hannah Imports

Wonderful dealership

We went to buy a Toyota Sienna from Hanna Imports. Everything went smoothly. All the people were very nice and knowledgeable. Their prices were great. It was well worth the long drive up there. Highly recommend.

I would not trust this place

I test drove a car from here and there were all kinds of things wrong with it and we told the car sells man. All he had to say was this is the first i heard of this. There was no way he could drive the car and not know.
