Great Service! They identified the issue, which was not a simple check engine light problem. I really appreciate the detective work it must have taken to determine that the issue was a rodent trying to get cozy with my gas tank. They also gave me a loaner car while my car was in the shop, really making the wait for the car carefree. Alex is an awesome service agent. My guy is Dominik Popowicz, he is so pleasant and always has a big smile.. He gets me in explains the problem and many times he just does a number sequence and fixes it before I even have to have the service people take a look! So cool.. Because he is so knowledgeable many times I can just go home..Thank you Dominik!!

I would recommend another dealership for any service/repairs. Couldn't diagnosis the electrical issue after 3 drop-offs. Finally told me I needed a new battery for $460 and could do it for $421. Went to Auto Zone to save money, but nothing was wrong with the battery. I called the service department again and they suggested still suggested a new battery and they check batteries much different from Auto Zone. MAKES NO SENSE At least be honest with your customers. DO NOT TRUST THE SERVICE STAFF. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS WILL NOT HELP YOUR BUSINESS.
