It's a family owned business which is very nice. The salesperson (owner) was friendly and personable. Knowledgable. The secretary was very helpful. The purchase process was fully explained. Very fair in their pricing.

Be careful. I bought a 2010 VW GTI from these folks in October. The vehicle began having oil leak issues within three weeks. I gave them an opportunity to fix the car and paid them several thousand more dollars to do so. Within a month or so it was leaking oil again. They repaired the car again in January (at no cost to me), but it’s now March and leaking oil again. I wish they had simply refunded my money as I initially requested and as I requested after the initial repair failed. They are nice folks who made an attempt to correct the problem, but ultimately they sold a poor product and were unable to correct the problem. It’s been a nightmare purchase.

I was looking to possibly purchase new vehicle for myself they had 5 of the vehicle I wanted to look at and were very very easy to deal with. And MADE my deal work the way i wanted it too. Highly recommend them. I am even from out of town and they made sure to get things handled in the allotted time I was visiting.

I bought one of the Jetta tdi sportwagens that were recently returned to the market. Mark knew everything about these cars and was a pleasure to deal with. Fair price, and great process.

They knew it was bad from the start. New C02, new catalytic converter, that we had to ask them for. They said those vans just stutter. Then had to put in a $3800 transmission. I asked the owner Michael to by it back just for what I paid for it and he said no, you had it for 3 months and put some miles on it. Yeah a few as it was undrivable for 2 months. Just a shady place, looks nice on the outside, but ethics are bad.

The experience was great. This was the first stop after an intensive internet search and five different dealers. We pivoted from the original vehicle of interest at NAW to the right vehicle for my daughter after visiting all the other dealerships on our journey. Brent was awesome. 1. Knowledgeable 2. Upfront, honest and fair 3. Not pushy 4. Did not try to pressure or put me on a vehicle I did not need to consider. 5. Did not hesitate with all of my questions I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. I will return if in need of another quality used vehicle.

Brent and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. My son wanted a BMW, and we got a really nice one at a good price.

Mike and the team were great to work with. He does an excellent job of preparing cars for their new owners. We will definitely recommend NAW to others. I will be back next time we need a car.
