AJ made my purchase of a very clean and reliable used

AJ made my purchase of a very clean and reliable used car so easy and relaxed. A very good place I recommend. No fast talk or con jobs. They helped me return my rental. Lawrence is wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone. Nice inventory. Nice people.

If you want to buy from a crooked dealer who is dishonest

If you want to buy from a crooked dealer who is dishonest and hides known issues with cars go to Durst. Just bought a truck from them less than a week ago and got 15 miles down the road on my 4 hour trip home and the check engine light came on. Was getting terrible gas mileage so I knew something was up. I got to work Monday and scanned it and saw it had a p0420 code, did some diagnostics and found the catalytic converters are bad which was a stored code and they cleared it to hide it for the sale to go thru. I called Jay and tried to reason with him and come to an agreement for cost of parts. I did not ask for the whole amount to fix it including labor. I only asked for some help with the cost of parts and he just kept lying and was very rude raising his voice and interrupting me and hung up on me. This is why I never buy from dealers and will not make that mistake again! He also got very pissed off at me for wanting to negotiate the price due to a few minor cosmetic issues I did not know about prior to making the trip there. I bought it even with the minor cosmetic issues because I understand it is a used vehicle. But hiding an issue and not disclosing of it because it is costly is not how you treat customers. So if you want a fair deal without getting screwed over DO NOT GO TO DURST in Lincoln ne!!!

I dont ever write a review but I'm compelled to write one

I dont ever write a review but I'm compelled to write one because I had such a horrible experience with them. They sold me an unsafe car with bad wheel bearing, I brought it back to them after 3 days of owning the car, they blamed me for the damage. They said I had hit something which caused the wheel bearing to go bad. If that were the case the struts, the tie rods and everything else associated with that wheel would be damaged, so they refused to fix the damage. Save yourself the headache and frustration, don't buy from them!

Great Dealership to stay with!!

Great Sales and Service team! Messaged ahead of time with my price range, and Mr. Dean contacted me personally within a week! Had exactly what I asked for! Also had great service after the sale to ensure vehicle is well maintained! Went above and beyond! Bubba was the Service Member I worked with. He drove me to and from home during vehicle servicing. He even gave me a ride to the bank!! I highly recommend! Service after the sale is important and Durst Motors definitely met my expectations!

Whether you just want to get something newer, change body

Whether you just want to get something newer, change body styles like from an SUV to a pick up, change brands, color, or just get something with fewer miles than your old car or truck. Whatever your reason may be for buying a new to you preowned vehicle, you really need to check out Durst Motor’s in Lincoln Nebraska. Tom Dean and his crew are absolutely awesome!! No preowned vehicle is ever going to be perfect like a brand new one, but they also don’t cost as much as buying new. Durst motors works extremely hard to find clean, good quality, preowned vehicles to offer you at very fair prices. Everyone is very friendly and easy to work with and will do everything they can to help you get the car or truck that you want. And the best thing about Durst Motors is their commitment to service after the sale. Most preowned dealers will just take your money and it’s yours, so if a problem develops a short time after your purchase, it’s on you to fix it no matter what. At Durst Motors, they will try to help you out and advise you where to take your vehicle to fix the problem, and a lot of times can even fix it themselves, within reason of course, and most times at little or no cost to you because they want you to be happy with your purchase, and want you to tell all your friends, and come back and buy again. There are very few dealers out there that still believe in taking care of their customers after the sale, and Durst Motors is at the top of that list!! For them, it’s not all about the money, it’s about creating happy customers that will come back and buy another. We have purchased three vehicles from Tom, and have been thoroughly satisfied with each one. Tom has always been a good friend to us, and we will definitely be back when it’s time for the next one. Their slogan is “You’re first at Durst”, and they keep proving that to us every time we go there. Thank you Durst Motors!!!

My wife and I stopped in looking for a third car.

My wife and I stopped in looking for a third car. Affordable, daily driver. Tom Dean was helpful, professional, prompt and knowledgeable. We purchased a very nice Buick and are very happy with everything. The entire process was 45 min. Ten Stars! We will certainly be back for our neck purchase..

Website states “We put our customers first” and it’s the biggest lie! Tom sold us a car with an oil leak and did not disclose it to us. He told us the car didn’t have an oil leak when we bought it. So we called T.O. Haas (where he said the car passed inspection) and asked what their inspection showed. Sure enough…. it showed an oil leak! When confronted about this Tom simply said “I must have missed that” but still offered no help other than to have his mechanic fix it at a price. Why would we give them more money to fix something that he apparently missed? No way! Tom is a slimy dealer who acts nice as long as things are going his way.

Scam, Unprofessional, Hostile Attitude,Unpleasant

Dealer offered to make repairs; however, declined to provide an invoice showing the repairs have been made. Also, hung up on me during the call.
