Horrible customer service. The payment department bugs you with text messages constantly even after asking them not to txt you and to email instead. Their online payment system never works and they want you to Zelle payments so that you have no security. Also the Zelle account changes every other month. They will be great before signing paperwork and after it’s a total 180. Do not buy here.

The dealership is clean and presentable, but the pricing
The dealership is clean and presentable, but the pricing practices are outrageous. They tacked on excessive fees and unwanted equipment, including LoJack, and refused to remove them or negotiate. Without a warranty, the out-the-door price jumped 30%, and with a warranty it would have been 50% higher than the car’s actual value. They wouldn’t explain any of the fees, simply saying, “That’s what they are.” It felt like they didn’t want to sell a car that had sat on the lot for nearly four months. Extremely frustrating experience.

I do not recommend this dealership to anybody, purchased
I do not recommend this dealership to anybody, purchased a car from outside of Texas. They were very attentive until all the paperwork was signed. They delivered me a vehicle with no driveout plate. No paperwork in the vehicle. This was done August 13th of 2025. We are now at September 16th. 2025 still have no plates. No way to legally drive this vehicle in New Mexico. They don't return phone calls. I have received no emails since the vehicle was delivered. So basically I have a 3,000 lb paperweight sitting in my driveway that I cannot drive and my first payment is due in a couple of weeks. Several things in the vehicle do not work that they said did. This place has no communication skills horrible after the sales service. Looking into hiring and attorney at this point to try to get the plates so that I can drive this vehicle. Again, I would absolutely not recommend this car lot to anybody.
