I had a very positive experience. USA Direct Auto the Brandon is very friendly and professional. The original online offer was a maximum as expected, but the next offer from the main office during this visit was lower than expected, the paperwork was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I left with a check within about an hour of arrival.
