Was not a custom. 2 flAt tires, car flat bedded to this dealership. Put on 3 new tires by noon so my son in law who drove me 50 miles to the dealership could get back to see his daughters field hockey game. They were SO nice there

We have owned our A5 Cabriolet for 10 years and have always had it served at Audi Turnersville. Dana and Mike and the rest of the service team there have provided exemplary service, providing loaner cars, always having our car washed before pick up, and doing things right the first time. They are great and we wouldn’t think of taking our car anywhere else.

The 2 Rich’s were very helpful and knowledgeable about their product. I was in and out in less that 2 hours, test drive included. Great experience

Seamless service. No hassle. Comfortable waiting area. Very courteous staff. Appointment was made on line and car was immediately taken back for service. Car was washed.

Bev was amazing. After several attempts with another dealership to get the car I wanted I called Bev. She was honest and went above and beyond to get me a better car for the right price. Bev exceeded my expectations and I will never go anywhere else for another vehicle. Thank you Bev!!!

Get your Audi anywhere else. I had an appointment on a specific certified A6, and the Salesperson confirmed and told me the car was available and that she would have the car ready for me to drive. We went to the dealer within 40 minutes, and upon arrival the Sales rep had to check inventory and told us the car had already sold. They had 2 more at significantly higher prices. No apologies were offered even though we were lied to. They were completely miserable also. So, we left. That shady sales technique is called 'bait and switch.' I expect much better from a luxury car dealer, so this is embarrassing for Audi. We will never buy a car from someone who uses cheap slimy tactics like that.
